I'm quite happy with the printer, but I'm not happy with the support. My printer is one of the first models, and the LED backlighting is poor. I know the newer models have a connector for the multi-color kit, but I've also read that the multi-color kit is a long way off or might not even exist. I bought the printer because they promised it would be released this semester. This worries me. I'm not happy about it.

So i have the Elegoo Centauri Carbon for 3 Months now and i am really happy with it.

It works from the start fine and can print so many materials for such a low price.

Great products, never have had any issues.

The Centauri Carbon is working very well. I had one mishap with a roll of Elegoo Gray Matte PLA that was tangled. Other than that I have over 600 hours of successful printing with Elegoo PLA and Rapid PETG.

i have had this printer less than a year had to replace fan then had to replace the connection cable to the hotend then the pcb board along with all the z-axis shaft bearings

From delivery to start up to printing, this machine has been amazing. Works great

I pre ordered the Centauri Carbon in February and received it nearly 2 months early with the AMS port and updated light system . The printer worked right out the box as promised despite a few hiccups with the few firmware updates it has received. Now I hope the AMS comes soon, I know it is late but I would rather get a working AMS late than a buggy one now.

I purchased 4 Centauri Carbons and have had very little problems. They have been great printers but sometimes the firmware updates do more harm than good. Hopefully im able to get the 4-color upgrade soon for all of them.

Elegoo have always had reliable, well made, well supported products. I have the Centauri Carbon and the Neptune 3 Max and I'm thankful every time I have the opportunity to use them.

Easy to deal with.

The Centauri Carbon has been absolutely great. I've had no issues at all. The reason for only 4 stars is it looks like the multicolor system for it my not be coming. That isn't the primary reason I bought this printer, but it was something I was looking forward to.

For the money a great 3D printing experience.
I got this printer back in late July--I've used it quite a lot since and most of the results are amazing!
I have had a few issues--but if I compare it to my experiences with an Ender 3 it's many many times better.

Very happy to Elegoo has published the source code and that OpenCentauri exists.

Looking forward very much to the 4 color accessory.

Will never buy Elegoo again, as a matter of fact not even filament. The cc machine has several flaws that Elegoo won’t address and they lied about the mms unit. The cable on the print head is pulling loose on not only my machine but many others but there has not been any steps taken to address the matter. The cc is very unsafe and I don’t recommend any one buy from Elegoo until they replace print heads

I'm sure their products are good when they work but I barely used mine when it stopped printing after 6 weeks. Despite months of back and forth from Customer Care, which was largely just repeated advice I had already completed... It came to naught and I sold it privately.

The Elegoo CC was received intact and the packing was solid and kept the CC in great shape. I like this printer. It works great.

The products and pricing are good, but not the software support! No slicer updates, no APP control for the most popular printers! Very disappointed with software development which other companies are on top of their products!

Would be a 5 but you suckered the world w the elegoo centauri carbon that would end up multi-color .... but now you've killed that project & moved onto a whole new machine (that looks like crap) .... so like a lot of other people I'll probably not but elegoo again..
thankfully the machine does single color very well so it will Stay on my bench... (that's the only reason you get 2 stars)
