Order 3 items and received 3 things completely different from what I order. They will refund 30% of the total invoice or I have to send to China the items which will cost me a lot (I live in Switzerland).
They sent the wrong items and I have to pay their lack of professionalism and competence.
STAY AWAY

Avoid!

Waiting on a refund since January 2023 and still have not received this despite emailing promising the refund will be processed.

AVOID!!!!
I paid for two suits dated 25th July this year!
Still waiting.
They are voiding my emails. You can not get through on landline.
I cant get hold of anyone for a refund.
Its a scam!

I placed an order for some wedding shoes paid £112. No response. Emailed, no response, rang all three numbers on numerous occasions no answer, the website is unavailable….has this company gone bust???? How is it still taking peoples money?????? Avoid!!

Trying to return some shoes but can't get any response on the website or email. Nightmare. Avoid

It doesn't even deserve one star. Scam service and they won't even respond to contest it.

I placed an order for a Clutch online on the 21st July which stated that it was in stock, a few days later i received an email to say that the bag was out of stock & it was placed on a pre order for 7th August.

After emailing them, my order was sent to me as promised on the 7th Aug, i was advised by them that it was sent on N/Day delivery (Evri), but didn’t receive it until the 11th Aug ! I was also informed that if i waited for the item to be back in stock, I would receive a free gift for my patience but didn’t receive anything.

I would suggest that they look into changing their Courier.

I have now received my item & it is stunning ! Would probably order again from them !

This little company is quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Service is prompt and they chased up the delay at the supplier of my shoe dyeing quickly.

Took 4 weeks to arrive from order.
Not clear on website that some items are non refundable so I’m left with a veil unopened and unused. After realising this I asked them to make this clearer on the website so others didn’t suffer but they haven’t.
From them receiving the return, it took me just under 6 weeks to receive my refund which was left to me to sort with PayPal.
Very disappointing and stressful interaction.

AMAZING!!! My first wedding shop experience and it was brilliant from start to finish. I had my eye on one particular dress and even though I tried on a couple I still was so in love with the one I had my eye on! The ladies made me feel fabulous especially as someone who is plus size I was made to feel confident and amazing. I could not fault Angela and the team at all so helpful and such lovely people. Would recommend this bridal shop to any brides to be 😊

Ordered 2 items on line which were apparently in stock. Neither arrived. No communication from the store. When I chased. Told one was out of stock. Agreed to the in stock item being sent and other cancelled and refund issued. The store said they have issued a refund. They have not and are not responding to polite emails or answering calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought shoes (sale item £65) and really wanted to swap them out for a bigger size - which was available on the sale items - and they didn't allow me to do it. In fact they said I can have it but will have to buy it again. I don't see any logic in this other than just poor customer service. Especially taken into account that I literally only tried the shoe on and saw it was too small. In was still its original state. The advertising states 28 days to return right on the top of webpage, but in small print it argued that sale items were excluded. Its not as if I wanted my money back a simple swap and I even offered to pay postage. Therefore, my recommendation read fine print and make sure of your size and don't buy any of the sale items. After sales service really sucks.

I looked at the response I got after my review post and as you state..... I could go online and repurchase another pair in your catalogue. NOT exchange - repurchase. I even send a screenshot of the exact shoe that was available in a bigger size, but it was refused. If you feel my review was unfair - please relook at all my emails and not only one in isolation. I stand firmly in what I said - people should look at the fine print. Sorry you were not informed correctly.

Wedding dress shopping should be an incredible experience.. Elegance of Elena was everything and more. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, professionalism & knowledge. They have the most desirable dresses. I found a beautiful dress, they helped me change the materials and add a little sparkle to create my dream dress. They turn around time was what you'd expect. We celebrated with a couple of bottles of fizz. When collected, my dress was steamed to perfection ready for the big day. I would tell everyone to pop in if they are looking for and incredible

Fab shop, lovely staff and great service

I ordered thier wedding trainers ready for my dress fitting, sadly after I did so I was told they wouldn't be in till the end of the month, which would have been a bit late however they were amazing about this and managed to get me a pair much sooner than expected! I would definitely recommend them to others just for thier great customer service and problem solving. Oh and the trainers are lovely. Great company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service in the store is fine but if anything goes wrong, they seem to be unable to handle it. I paid to have a dress altered as the original one that was paid for to be made to measure went missing on the way to their store from the supplier and I had to choose one off of the rack to be available in time for the wedding - they stated they would refund the cost of this as it was not my fault and it wasn't the dress we wanted - I am still chasing almost a year later for the refund and keep being told that these things take time with their accounts. It takes three or four emails before they reply and you can't get through on the phones as the line puts you on hold. My latest attempt to call them and email them was today in May 2023 - the amount for the alteration was paid out in June 2022.

I was so happy to get my shoes and when I saw them I was so proud they fit well and were very nice and just perfect.
