Everything went very smoothly, from ordering to delivery, and I like my backpack. This is the second one, different from the one I bought few years ago. The first one is still going strong (and looks great!) even though I use it roughly every other day. I have my eyes on a third one, but the pattern I really like seems just never available (I confess that I do not check the web often, so I am willing to put it to my bad luck).
I used customer service once, and my experience was great.

Very good quality and design of the backpack. Very comfortable for my shoulders and back and enough fits in. I'd definitely order again if I need a new one. ☺️

The backpack is still in good quality after months of using it. I always packed heavy because of work and it is still sturdy and whole. til now I am very satisfied with my backpack.

Besides from making really cool, beautiful and functional backpacks (I am very happy with mine), they are gods of customer support. When a postal service company malfunctioned, Ela Mo ladies were helping me to solve the issue and sent me my order 3 (THREE) times, until the delivery finally succeeded. And they were always friendly and forthcoming. Totally recommend!

Distinctive color design, light weight, very comfortable for the back. Manufactured from recycled materials. I really like it, I just wish it was more spacious in width، but still very practical and very good.
