Customer Service is a total SCAM, watch out!
I ordered two jerseys (200 €) to Germany.
The parcel arrived a week after purchase.
The jerseys were of poor quality (defective, flawed). To this day I have sent more than 10 mails to the customer service. First they haven't responded for 14 days (which is most interestingly the time span of the European Customer right to withdraw from the contract). After 14 days (meaning after the expiry of the European right of withdrawal) they responded by not helping at all. They just stall for time by questioning about information I have already given in my previous mails (I always attached photos of the flawed products).
Now, more than two months after explaining seller duties under European Consumer Law and fighting against apparently ignorant staff, it appears to me that these people aren't just ignorant but behaving like this is nothing less than a strategic way to scam customers and to neglect seller duties under Warranty law.
I won't ever buy there again and I will fight for the rest of my life to warn people about this shop.
This is most unfortunate as you consider that they really just scam their own fans and that all the victims are - or at least were in my case - SSC N fans.
