Vile owner, vile little company, terrible job & Expensive for what it is, Avoid at all costs.

I invited the Owner of this Company into my home on a trust basis to clean.
I arrived in from work that evening to find what looked like acid/bleach/oven cleaner (not sure which) stains that had completley ruined my worktops! The stain was white and covered a vast area. Meaning i needed to replace the full work tops around my kitchen. The owner admitted fault and said he would get back to me as he would claim from his insurance.
In the meantime i took out the trouble to get 3 quotes.
1. £1200
2. £800
3. £600
I tried to ring the owner a day later and he refused to pick up. It went to voicemail.
I wanted to let him know the joiner who came in with the last quote was happy to replace my worktops and he wanted to speak with him.
Both myself and joiner have left voicemails text and calls to his mobile and the owner simply refuses to answer.
This is almost 2 months ago now and i am still left with the embarrassment of my kitchen.
If this Company was insured why refuse to engage with an unhappy customer instead of vanishing after ruining my workspace!
Instead he is "ducking."
I would advise anyone to not use this businesses if you are considering doing so.

The overall cleaning of my house was a disgrace too.

The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly and do an outstanding job.

I booked two cleaners for a deep clean. Only one turned up who was twenty minutes late, she didn't have enough cleaning materials on her so had to use mine and left about half an hour early even though there were still places to be cleaned. However the main issue was the refund. The cleaner had somehow manage to scratch all along a newly painted doorframe taking big chunks out of the paintwork. Instead of coming to tell me she didn't say anything but then apologised when I noticed (you couldn't miss them). Despite a 'no questions asked' guarantee the owner only made a partial refund to cover the cost of repair. Not what the website promised. Stay well clear!

Excellent service

I had asked for two people for 4 hours each and they arrived as agreed, two days later. Website a bit unreliable but good email and mobile communications, the two cleaners worked hard and were resourceful and made a significant impact on the challenge I set them!

This is first time we've used them. Very good price. Friendly staff.. Excellent work.. Lady who cleaned did a very good job. Hope it continues. Would recommend if these standards are maintained.

I'm so pleased with my Dusters cleaner. All work is done to a high standard. The level of customer service is superb. If my cleaner can't make it for any reason another cleaner is provided who works to an equally good standard.
