I invested in the Luxury Hybrid mattress over a month ago and it has transformed our sleep. It is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support and comfort. The layers are great, especially the memory foam top layer and it really does have a reinforced edge. I can confirm it is great for either a side or back sleeper.

Best mattress I’ve had so far! It’s incredibly comfortable and I wake up with no aches or pains. My back feels perfectly supported, and I can finally enjoy a proper lie-in on my days off. Thank you — I highly recommend it!

The company was great, kept me informed all the time, the delivery men were on time and very helpful. I looked for the best reviews I could find for a new mattress, this one came out at the top, and in the sale, even better.
it's amazing to sleep on, so comfortable and with the extra depth of it 12" to mine that was 9" on wooden slats, it made such a difference, so far I have no complaints what so ever, I would definitley recommend this mattress. Thank you Dreamcloud for all your help.

When I purchased the bed I realised that it wouldn’t be delivered on time for my move in date! Dreamcloud made sure I got it on time..
I absolutely love my bed, well impressed on how comfortable it is.

Packaging that the mattress was delivered was really not a great impression. It looked like it had been stored a very long time in a warehouse somewhere and had been in the wrong place and had beek moved around a lot a battered box wasn't really what you'd expect a quality item delivered in. I will give an honest review after I've had it a while longer. Initial thoughts nothing exceptional.

So comfortable. My husband suffers with his back and he loves it. Does what it says on the tin! Highly recommended!

Sales process was very good and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Still getting used to the mattress - may update this review in a few weeks.

They have a referral scheme a promise of a $100 Amazon gift card which never arrives. After multiple emails, still no gift card. Disappointed.

So much better for side sleeping than my previous mattress.

Early doors for comments as we have only been sleeping on this mattress for about 4 weeks. I have Fibromyalgia and get pain in hips and lower back if my mattress isn't right (Princess and the Pea!), and so far, this mattress has really supported me and I sleep well every night. Considering I am in peri-menopause as well, this is a rare thing to say!

I decided to buy the DreamCloud mattress largely because of the huge number of positive reviews and was so excited for it to arrive. Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t lived up to the hype so far.

Firstly, the mattress itself isn’t particularly comfortable for me. DreamCloud say it can take around 30 days to adjust, so I’m trying to give it a fair chance, but at the moment my back is quite sore after sleeping on it. I’ll give it a few more weeks, but if things don’t improve I may have to return it.

The delivery experience was also terrible. The courier, BJS, didn’t turn up on the first scheduled day, despite me filling in detailed delivery instructions and even providing a What3Words location because it’s a new build. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the floor for a few days while waiting for the next attempt.

When they came the second time, they rang saying they were struggling to find the address and asked me to come outside. In reality they were parked right outside the building. When they rang the buzzer they quite aggressively told me to come out to collect it. I explained that the delivery was supposed to be to the hallway, and only then did they bring it in using a trolley.

The mattress is extremely heavy, so there’s no way I would have been able to move it myself without a trolley.

The only reason this review isn’t 1 star is because DreamCloud’s customer service were understanding about the delivery issues and refunded £35 as a gesture of goodwill.

However, while DreamCloud continue using this courier service I would personally avoid ordering from them. The mattress hasn’t been amazing so far, and judging by other reviews it seems many people have had similar issues with the delivery company.

Good mattress, easy to unpack and comfortable to date

After reading reviews on mattresses and bedding sets I came across Dreamcloud and was convinced I was doing the right thing in purchasing a Luxury hybrid mattress along with the mattress protector, duvet and I opted to get a pair of pillows. The whole set was £847 and I was quite happy in paying that for it all. I got my items delivered by 15/01/26 & didn't set it all up till a week later. After 2 - 3 nights I had to take the mattress protector off as it was a full waterproof protector and it made both me & my wife sweat in the night. So that was sent back (refunded) after that we were both still getting too warm in the night so we took the duvet off and put our old 1 back on, all good. But the pillows are that still & heavy, your head doesn't sink into them. So they weren't very comfortable at all and gave us both neck pain. These were on our bed no more than a month, & when I contacted Dreamcloud to explain all this, they turned round & said, if you send them back within 30 UNUSED & STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING then I would be able to get a full refund. But as I didn't do this I cannot get refunded, & now I'm lumbered with them which cost me £71.25 for the duvet & £65 for the pillows. As for the mattress, the jury is still out on it. It's still early to say just how it is. So just be careful on what you purchase, because you cannot test these items out in a shop. I just haven't seen them anywhere!!! Not a happy customer.

The bed is lovely looks expensive . Had deluxe headboard. Mattress is a dream. Best one in 40 years we have had so far. We have had nearly amonth now to sleep on. Would defiantly recommend.
Also the company gives you nearly a year to try . We are not disappointed. 5*

Really pleased with my mattress which so far is very comfortable. Service was great and mattress was delivered quickly without any fuss.
