Missed items from order, poor customer service and nails that I did receive cracked within two days! Poor quality.

Overall is self I would rate the product 10/10 but customer service is rubbish. Emails fail or no response from the support and calls fail too

Unfortunately the company is shady. I ordered items in December and only received one of three items. Tried to email the company or call but the only way to contact them is through a form on their site that they don’t respond to. They don’t respond on social media either. In the end I had to complete a credit card chargeback claim. What a joke of a company.

This company is not legitimate. It is a scam. I never got my order but better yet, I emailed two email addresses on the site and both came back undelivered.

I used PayPal and so I got my money back. Be careful!

Ordered next day delivery, haven’t received anything or any tracking info seems they took my money and that was that. I tried to contact customer services, massive waste of time as I sent multiple emails and received one back that was of no use. As I say seems they’ve just taken my money and not sent anything out. Terrible customer service and communication with customers. Could very well be passed as a fraudulent company.

Pending my order since Oct-24, no one is answering the support or IG. SCAM!!

I called them out on Instagram and they deleted the page!

Do not buy from this company, took my money and items haven't arrived, sent loads of emails and had any replies, avoid at all costs....thinking of reporting to trading standards.....

Scam! Emailed twice with no response. Been waiting over a month for nails to arrive. Really annoyed I didn’t look at trust pilot beforehand. Non existent customer service.

I bought some sets of nails which were really nice and beautifully presented in a nice box but unfortunately they didn't fit nicely on my nail beds. I returned them but some reason only received half the refund. I've contacted the company three times but getting no response at all!!! Extremely bad and definitely not how you run a business. Advise against purchasing from this company.

Extremely disappointed - Doobys Nails give the impression their nails are hand painted they are not looks like they are mass produced in china! Flimsy

Oh I do wish I’d researched this so called “business” before parting with almost £150!
First of all these took 10/14 days instead of the next day despatch that’s promised on the website.

The nails finally arrived and were nicely presented in boxes. I also brought the gel pads as they sounded a gentler option on my nails (my nails were in poor condition after years of acrylics) The gel pads were ridiculous, the nails would slide all over the place and not stay stuck on properly (I did prep thoroughly) in the end I had to resort to nail glue.

2 of the sets I’ve used so far have chipped and peeled after 2 days (no contact with chemicals or anything harsh) I saw there was a “money back” policy so thought I’d contact through email to advise of the problems and find the best way to return the unused sets and recoup some of my money. I’ve emailed twice in 10 days and had no response, I see on here others have had no luck so I will now have to look at a small claims court or trading standards as these nails are dreadful quality and not fit for purpose. Children’s dress up nails are better quality so please AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I'm really annoyed that I didn't check Trustpilot before buying, and even more annoyed that I didn't use PayPal to pay; that way I might at least have gotten my money back.

I ordered about a month ago, nothing arrived and their customer service is nonexistent. And I mean nonexistent; they do not answer you on any of the platforms, just an automated response on WhatsApp.

This company is a scam ! Ordered nails 6 days ago , no confirmation email no delivery however money been taken out my account ! You cant send email as it comes up error and they don't answer what's app . Don't go near these people

I ordered my nails on the 2nd September 2022, didn't receive a dispatch email either since they said it gets dispatched in 1-2 days. It got to the 8th Septmeber still nothing, it then got to the 14th September and still nothing. I sent a message on WhatsApp and they blamed the Royal Mail strike saying my product would have been dispatched either on the 8th or 9th September, so that means it would have arrived the Tuesday or Wednesday following week, I waited an extra 3 days and still nothing. No response on WhatsApp either after asking for a full refund and that the product had not arrived. No response via email or via their online form, I would not recommend using this company, please don't even bother!! Customer service is non existent, I've had to put a dispute in via PayPal in order to try receive a full tefund!

Awful. Ordered nails with next day delivery as I needed them for a specific event - didn’t show up until a week later. Tried the nails as I’d spent £15 on them so why not? They had all come off within 24 hours of applying and they didn’t look great in the short time they were on anyway. I ordered another set of nails which I have now sent back, still yet to receive a refund. Not to mention they didn’t even bother sending me a confirmation email after purchasing… Awful company definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

First time ordering from this company what an absolute joke paid extra for express one day shipping on a Thursday morning they proceed to send it out on a Tuesday evening the next week ? On top of that when they finally did arrive the whole order was wrong and incorrect !!!! Tried reporting and contacting staff and helplines so many times all are non existent and when I got a reply on the WhatsApp they had the cheek to TRY SELL ME THE NAILS I HAD ORIGINALLY BOUGHT THAT THEY DIDNT SEND !!! Never use this company please I don’t think I will ever get my money back for a pair of completely incorrect and unusable nails

SCAM… I’ve ordered nails, they took my money and nothing has arrived. I’ve tried contacting them but nothing works on their site except for taking your money…that part is flawless. I’ve sent messages on Instagram too with not a single response. I will be reporting this company to trading standards

I can’t fault the company fast delivery and my purchases have always been on point will continue to use this company and have recommended to many of my friends

Great nails! Received quickly! I’ve ordered a few sets now and been happy every time…and been complemented each time I’ve worn them 😊
