This company takes your money then fails to deliver….
No response to emails or telephone calls….

6 weeks from order and still nothing received! 2 emails sent with no response! total scam company!! I'm surprised they are able to keep going!
paypal issued refund- my only saving grace paying through them.

Ordered, not delivered. No replies to emails, dm’s, calls etc. will be raising with my bank.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Paid for next day delivery. Still no sign and no response from customer service

Doobysnails,what a joke.Spent £39 and nothing arrived,not answering emails.On their webpage its all good reviews(must be friends)Real trustpilot reviews all bad.Will try paypal.Hopefully paypal will stop doobytheifnails using their service.

I ordered on 1st august for 1-2 day delivery! It’s now august 9th and no nails arrived! This company (owned by @misshayleyedwards) on Instagram has failed to respond to my numerous emails and she has not responded personally either! Spent £30 and want a refund and the company isnt taking liability. She’s ignoring all my emails! Disgusting service! Needs reporting

Received first order. Nails were ok. Ordered another set of nails, received them but were far too small. Sent back as per return instructions and after several emails to them still waiting on response and no refund. Don't shop with them, go somewhere else

Made my first order in March, received it. Made another order in April, nothing arrived and no refund. Sent several emails, left Instagram and Facebook comments and messages, still nothing. No one even tried to get back to me. What poor business skills.
Scammers, AVOID them!

Bad communication from company, my nails came they lasted 3 days and they snapped very weak and paint chipped off

Ordered and received nothing. Commented on Instagram no response, messaged on Instagram no response, contacted via email no response. They have now blocked me on Instagram.
Luckily I was able to get my money refunded via raising it with PayPal.
Do not order from this company they are just thieves.

Avoid!!!!! They take your money and never send you anything! I wish I had looked at other reviews on trustpilot before placing my order. Tried to communicate through different platforms but no one responded. They even blocked me on instagram which I think tells a lot about how fraudulent they are. Stay away!!!

I ordered a set of nails that looked lovely on the website and paid for next day delivery. I got sent a confirmation email and then a dispatch email inviting me to track the order but no tracking information was provided. After checking trust pilot and seeing the reviews, I doubted my order would actually arrive. In their favour, the nails did arrive the next day and were beautifully presented. However, on application, the nails that were plain coloured smudged on contact with the glue and tissue used to wipe off the excess glue. It was so bad that I had to repaint them myself with nail polish. I 100% agree with supporting small businesses, but for the price of the nails, the quality needs to be much better. Won’t buy again, I could buy clear stick on nails and paint them myself for far cheaper.

Ordered three sets of nails and 5 sheets of glue tabs. The nails arrived within good time but they're a bit a bit a mess! One set has gems on, and the nails are covered in bits of glue, the other sets are so flimsy! I also didn't receive the glue tabs! I have emailed multiple times, called the number of the website and left a voicemail, and used the web chat hit have had no response!

Such a shame because the idea behind the site is great, but would never order from them again!

Placed an order 2 x glue missing, can't contact anyone to get my money back or the glue sent.
A real joke & should be investigated.

I’ve been a customer of this company for over a year now and never had an issue up until my most recent order. It's been over 10 days since I first placed the order, on my account it says it has been fulfilled but I am yet to receive anything. The products themselves are good but if you come across any sort of issue, the lack of communication is absolutely appalling!
Over the past 6 days I have tried phoning, dm'ing, private messaging, emailing and using their live chat all with no response, apart from extremely slow responses on their "live" chat (it has taken them 2 days to get to the point of knowing my order number and delivery address).
I am now trying to sort this with PayPal as I'm not getting anywhere with Doobys Nails!

They are scammers
I tried calling, messaging on their website, emailing, social media and they never responded. Products never arrived and after 2 weeks of no response I had to file a claim with PayPal. This company does not seem genuine stay away I will never make the same mistake

I received my order no problem I have had them on a couple of days and in that time 5 have split down the middle ! For the cost of these nails it's disgusting ! I have used cheaper nails which have lasted months .. you should not be trading !! Do not buy

No one has replied to my e-mails or Messages I have sent about wrong order or bad order? I have ordered new nails a week ago, and they do not match description or picture of what I was ordering. Nails that I have received look awful, as if someone painted them in a rush and did not care. French is messy. This is a joke about the amount of money I have spent on those nails. Not good enough company. Do not recommend.
