I ordered the Dingbat notebook from Amazon- it looked so elegant online and had such positive reviews. Unfortunately it was sent in a very thin plastic covering that had holes in it and then was on the doorstep in the rain. Well you can imagine- the cover was “bruised” on the corners, it swelled from the water and the pages were distorted. Lesson learned - order directly from the company- the price was the same. I am accustomed to Amazon using tough packaging but for this one they did not. The company provided a replacement even though it was NOT a fault of the product but the fault of the much less than ideal packaging. Lesson learned- go directly to this company for ordering. The notebook is as advertised when shipped properly.

Honestly the best notebook I have used so far! I've used the Dingbats Pro and Earth till now and I'm looking forward to purchasing a notebook from the Wildlife collection next. Also, thank you for being the only company that gives back to the environment and being vegan :)

Amazing Company, great products and when shipment didn't arrive they sent out a replacement. Both the original and the replacement arrived together and when I told them they told me to keep both and gift one to a loved one.

I'm yet to receive my notebook but I stupidly sent it to the wrong address first time round. The customer support was incredibly helpful! Even though it was a mistake on my end they did everything in their power to help me, quick responses to my emails and just really helpful. If the notebook is half as good as the customer support, it'll still be the best one I've had.

They are super nice and attentive, ship very fast and I love everything about what they are doing! Just bought my fourth notebook from them, zero regrets and they've never disappointed me. The quality of the notebooks is the best and everything is made with great care.

I’ve had 3 journals from Dingbats, 1 was for a gift which I personalised, There was an issue with it so I was sent a new one with no problem after I explained and provided images. I also ordered something with the incorrect paper and they dealt with it happily. Lovely company, lovely quality and good ethics 😊
