They are rasistik

They are rasistik. I registered for get some help but when they call me and I start speak English I get answer from them Sorry wrong number. Not nice..

However I do not recognize your experience.

On the contrary we have been in contact (via mail) as far back as June 2020. On that occasion we made you aware of the fact, that we do not offer our service in English.

I sincerely hope, that you have been able to find the service you need in your preferred language.
