I ordered a size nine because that's the size I wear. They sent me an eight and a half. When I contacted them to exchange, they gave me the excuse that they are international and they use different measurements. Then, again, on the shoe label, and on their website it says US sizing. Not accepting their mistake because it was their mistake in send me a different size then requested by me. They send me two options one, for me to stay with the product and get seventy percent off to purchase the shoes again in the size I originally asked for. And option 2 for me to pay to return the shoes in order for me to get a refund. In other words, what this company is doing is making you pay MORE than what you already paid, which is a lot of money in order to solve a problem where they made the mistake! Which in my definition is fraud. Who knows how many people they've done this to, to get more money out of you. And to top it off, the shoes, have no type arch support which is what they promote!

Shipping was swift. I wish the packaging wasn't so flimsy because my shoes arrived smushed. They also smelled terribly like rotting fish. The smell seams to have disappeared after airing out. Material is not very breathable so my feet are sweaty after a while. I would not wear them to work.

The only thing is that my shoes didn't come in shoe box so I had to restructure them a bit since they were a little smushed during the delivery process.

I took my shoes for one shift and they are not comfortable. I have a lot of pain on my feet with these shoes.

Good communication. Arrived within a reasonable time. Good quality product. Nothing was a wow, though.

I like the insole cushion, but had to add an arch support insert myself.

Having received my third pair of shoes, I can definitely say they have changed everything. I stand all day at work and I feel zero pain, even after eight hours of standing!! Love them!! Need to get all colors - I’m getting there :)

I am enjoying my new shoes! They are very comfortable and roomy. I enjoy wearing them with cute dresses when I need to be dressed up but also have comfortable feet.

I bought a pair a while ago and just love them. I have arthritis in my feet and these shoes offer such support without looking orthopedic. They are stylish and comfortable. I bought a second pair in a different color for the fall/winter.

The shoes are great! Cute and comfortable. Ordering was easy and they shipped out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, shipping made me take off what would have been an excellent experience. It looks weeks for the product to arrive and the tracker had it sitting at the delivery company in my town for over a week.

Very comfortable, however I still have some foot pain after a long day. I like the design and style of the shoe. Just not sure if there is enough arch support.

The items are in good condition. The size is perfect for me.

The customer service was top notch! Very quick to reply and the issue was solved in a timely manner! I love my DeFlorance shoes which is why I bought another pain and there was also a pair for a friend in there too! These are my go-to shoes when my feet or hurting; they relieve the pain so quickly and it doesn't even feel like you're wearing shoes they are so light and comfortable!

These shoes were exactly as described and lived up to reviews I read before I purchased. Just returned from a 12-day trip to Paris. Walked and walked every day throughout the city - complete comfort, no foot or leg pain. So happy with my purchase!
