What a terrible service! They offer products they don't have in stock, and send an email with an estimated delivery date. This is the first and last time I'll use their services. I hope they'll be more efficient when it comes to get the money back. Thanks for nothing, and goodbye forever. I'll find a more reliable and professional company.

I bought the same bottle from fredrikoglouisa in Oslo couple of months ago and compare to what I received from computersalg I assume it can be a replica bottle because of a huge price difference and also perfume atomizer and the scent is different.

I ordered a toothbrush from ComputerSalg a few months ago. Braun had a special offer with which you could get 200 kr. back directly from Braun in case your invoice showed you ordered before a certain date. Since I ordered 4 days before that date, but since normally you only get your invoice from ComputerSalg after they ship your order, I asked for them, in this case, to send me the invoice already. Got an answer from Tim K. that that was not possible, and that for legal reasons they could only send the invoice after shipping. Did some research, showed Tim that according to Swedish law: ComputerSalg could send the invoice already if they would want to. Gave them a link to Skatteverket's website with the info. Was extremely friendly and polite all the time, and asked if it would be possible to think outside the box under these circumstances. Tim K. answered, verbatum: "So even though it might not suit you, the answer is NO, we do not send out receipts before we ship the order." Rude & unpleasant & unnecessary. ComputerSalg often has good products, but with answers & manners like this: I will order from other places from now on. Pity.

I had this experience at the end of July by the way. But came across the emails now and thought this was still worth sharing.

Order placed the Oct. 28th, was promised for Monday, Nov 3, but the seller has pushed delivery back every day with vague 'tomorrow' emails (3 times). They now claim items are in a remote warehouse and cannot deliver today. Unreliable service and poor communication.

I got a fantastic quality knife (Opinel #6) at an incredible price, and my husband couldn't be happier. Shipping took 2 or 3 weeks, it was very reasonable. The knife is SO sharp, incredible quality, perfect size, and easy to fold so he can carry it in his camping bag. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Ordering from the internet site was easy and smooth. Delivery was fast and everything ordered was there. I will shop here again.

Great client experience

Makes good and tasty bread but I CANNOT make any 1000g bread, only 750g or 500g. The blade is not big and strong enough to mix the dough so I must use a spatula to help mix the dough for a 1000g batch of bread. I use exact measurements as per instructions in accompanying recipe book. So I can't make a 1000g batch of bread overnight to have ready in the morning for a family of 4. Therefore, this machine is ideal for a single person or a couple that needs 500g or 750g bread. I have had the machine a year (purchase date 15/10/2024) so obviously it's OK but when I found the receipt and saw the price, I felt a little slighted that I can't use the one main feature that I would use.

Where is it written that I can’t write a review that you are knowingly selling a product that doesn’t operate as promised? 😄

the webpage and categorising/desribing/pictures related to their product is tricky, but true, based on research on internet with similar codes for products.
I confirmed myself elswhere that the product code really represent what I want and I was sure to know what I ordered. Deliveder according expectations and happy with the purchase => worth of my trust for another valuable purchases

If you are not in a hurry for your purchase buy from them. They deliver and have a plan for your order that is extended on numerous days … my order was created on the 7th of October and received it on the 16th … I pay for delivery standard payment but because they come from a who know where deposit it takes forever ?! I was not informed or is very hidden the information that the order one is placing will not be delivered as a normal company does in 2-3 days only after you pay and get a plan for your order probably the next day. Again they are delivering but the time for delivery at least for some products is crazy. I’m still gonna buy from there only if it’s the best price of a product by far.

I was supposed to get my parcel 14/10 got sms but when went to pick up Direkten said the company wrote only my first name but not surname so they cannot give. I wanted to use this mic on 18/10 for an event but….

The products are of high quality, the waiting time is not very long and the prices are affordable!!!
