Disappointing response when an item was…
Disappointing response when an item was incorrectly listed and I ordered this product and was sent the wrong item. When I informed them and said that I would return it and asked for the postage to be paid as it was not a small item, I was told that the correct item had been sent to me and that if I wanted to return it the cost of postage would be down to me. After providing evidence that the item listed on the website and the item sent to me were two different things and that I would be returning it at my own cost and leaving a review stating my dissatisfaction, was I then told that I was correct and that I would be refunded and that I could keep the incorrect item. However, I had already posted it and did not want it anyway.
I understand and accept that mistakes happen but it was the automatic ‘we are right – you are wrong’ attitude and the lack of goodwill over a few pounds that annoyed me.
Poor customer service. I await my refund and doubt I will be buying from them again.
