Great - swift delivery great packing and sweet extra!

Great product, competitively priced, with superb adjustment flexibility. Should be industry standard fitting in all applicable towel radiators. Highly recommended.

Bought a radiator from them, it was the wrong size so had to return it. 2 weeks later they sent me an email saying that the radiator I sent back was damaged and unsaleable. The radiator was brand new and boxed !! The radiator that they photographed was clearly over a year old, full of limescale and rotten...How could I have had it for less than 2weeks and it looks like that !! I didn't even take it out of the box as it was clearly the wrong size. Do they really think people are that stupid and gullible. This company is ripping people off and should be banned from trading. Avoid at all costs or buy at your own detriment!!

I bought a slimline towel radiator a month ago and when it was fitted last week, I managed to dislodge one of the plastic caps that covers the fixing and it disappear down a small hole near the, still exposed, hole in the floor by the stink pipe. I contacted company blue who have sent a replacement as a goodwill gesture. How great is that? Fantastic service for a fantastic product. Pleasure to deal with a company that value customer satisfaction, all too often missing nowadays.

I JUST brought a large curved towel rail in July, had it fitted a couple mouths after. It has been in my new ventilated bathroom and in use for couple months. There is a fair bit of rust on the right hand side underneath each rail where it joins the upright rail. Been in touch are they say that's normal and to clean it with brasso :). My last rail I took out had NO RUST AT ALL. DO NOT BUY THESE ARE CHEAPLY MADE. Should not rust after 2 months of fitting....and yes the towel rail it very well maintained, as you can see by the pics. I have been advised to go to to a small claims court, as companies think they can get away with selling bad items and do nothing! This company offered to refund as clearly their cheap radiators are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. So I shall be also make sure social media so peeps that ask questions know about your company. 14th may 2023

Ordered a towel rail from Company Blue (Elegant Radiators) which was delivered quickly but unfortunately damaged. Shared photos with customer service and a replacement was sent within 2 days! Grateful to the customer service rep Naim who resolved the issue so quickly.

During the purchase of 2 Towel Radiators at different times Ibrahim and his colleague were extremely helpful. Dealt with my requirements (saved me plumber'svisit) promptly. I was assisted by way pictures of old radiators sent to them, specially over the phone.

I bought a heated chrome towel rail it worked for 8 month only. I have contacted the company but they have used every trick in the book to get out of replacing or refunding and there is meant to be a 2 year useless warranty. Do not deal with this company.

Fantastic wifi fixed spur switch. Excellent app and quick installation. Has saved our company £££s already by remotely managing our office / holiday let heaters. Fast delivery too.

Placed an order, paid with Paypal. A few days later get an email saying it's been cancelled due to a "red flag" in their system. No explanation, no followup, no query, just cancelled.

If that's the level of customer service, I'll be glad to shop elsewhere.

Ordered in the morning - dispatched same afternoon and delivered next day. All queries previous to ordering were dealt with by return. Highly recommended - NO TIRESOME COVID EXCUSES HERE

Dont not use this Company, sent wrong item via amazon.. sent item back and now he's refusing to refund me whilst threatening me. Police are involved

I ordered a towel rail due to a full house refit. On the day of install, the towel rail was found to be slightly damaged by transit but this was swiftly resolved and rapidly replaced by Ibrahim. Awesome service that some other companies could learn a lot from!

I found the exact items I wanted at a good price and the P&P was also very reasonable, especially as I live on the Isle of Skye. Because the website gave such clear dimensions for the items, I was able to order with confidence and everything did indeed fit perfectly. I am very happy with all the items (extra towel bar for towel radiator, chrome cover caps, extra hangers for towel radiator).

Customer service is NONEXISTENT hiding behind the small print and do not return calls. Complaints are treated with contempt!

Goods never arrived. Sent to the wrong address or left somewhere by Royal mail, who knows. Customer service team could not care less, its the customers problem and I need to resolve with Royal Mail.

Suggest you avoid and shop at a company who treats its customers like customers.

Bought a bone radiator in black. The product is great and they delivered in 3 days. Great service. Nothing went wrong. recommended.
