Coinrule makes algorithmic trading simple and amusing. The team is activey involved with the community, something that enhanced my experience significatly.

High-quality service and outstanding customer experience.

The first big point to make is that if a trade goes positive, then why stop it at your set percentage, should have a profit trailing function....why they have not done this is beyond me!!

Secondly, I have not had a very successful time, but it's easy to set up and implement. However, as mentioned above, if I set 5% for trade, and that trade is going upto 20% in a day, why not have a trailing function, pointless to cash out a measly 2 % and wait for dip again.

This trade bot is the easiest one to use, this is after trying these trade bots (kryll.io quadency 3commas.io Cryptohopper Mudrex Trality ).

Stay away from Botsfolio and stoic.ai, they are crooks.

Plus it is so effective.
It offers 2 indicators MA and RSI, but I don't suggest using indicators for bots. Use indicators for manual trading only.

To end my review, it is awesome.

So bad response from customer service. It starts from i cant execute my draft rules and also i cant delete/edit the rules. And now anything rules cant execute/running. Slow response from customer service, i ask about approximate days for solve the problem, they just read my chat without reply, didnt give answer and any solutions for thats problem. Very bad Customer Service.

This is a gamble. Service is not reliable.

My LINK stack was sold out by Coinrule bot due to "delays of information from your exchange".

They offered me a month of a pro subscription, which means nothing to me as compensation.
"We cannot offset in any way the losses you have experienced, but we are very sorry."

I took a full refund for a yearly plan and closed my account immediately.

If you are a trader and care about your portfolio do not go with Coinrule in its current form. Feels like a sandbox environment for extreme newbies with less than 1k in assets.

Coinrule is an amazing tool for anyone in the crypto space or if you are looking to get started! Having your trading rules defined and let the platform deal with the high volatility associated with crypto markets has been a life-changer as you can disassociate from the emotions involved in trading and sleep easy!

Coinrule also allows you to take advantage of plenty of opportunities with the numerous altcoins without breaking too much sweat. Highly recommend them whether you are looking to build up gains with new strategies or use Coinrule to cover you with a safety net for your investments!

The rule definitions are extremely straight-forward allowing anyone to get their automated trading bots up and running in no time and the plethora of templates that are available on the website and the friendly Coinrule user community and the tireless Coinrule team themselves!

Coinrule is a great way to introduce rules-based automated trading for your crypto coin portfolio. I'm a novice trader, and their premade automated templates are beneficial. The staff is also amicable and fast to respond to help requests. Coinrule helped me save a lot of money during the most recent price drop as well.

I have no idea about trading at all, I have never dealt with "moving average" and "RSI" and the many other charting techniques and - if I am honest - I also lack the time. The only thing that was important for me was the realization: The secret of trading is emotionlessness, as soon as emotions come into play, you will lose money! That's why I followed the recommendation of a friend and opened an account at coinrule.io. Everything is absolutely child's play, beginner-friendly. I started with the free accont, but soon I wanted something more and decided to go for the "Hobbyst" plan. I set a fixed amount for myself that the bots can trade with.
If I ever got stuck (and that was very often, especially in the beginning), the extremely competent support team helped me quickly via Telegram. And that virtually around the clock - 24/7 - where else can you find that. Special thanks to Ruben!
You can use proven and tested templates provided by the Coinrulete team, adapt them to your own needs or create your own rules according to your own level of knowledge.
The rules work independently.
I "only" gave four stars, because there is a 4-star plus.
For the fifth star I would like to see a few more "little things":
- 100% working Telegram communication from my account.
- Restriction in the "selling strategies (setting possibility to sell only so much coins, we previously bought)
- Message when the balance in the account is too low - today there is a general error message
- tabular evaluation options regarding return on investment
- IMPORTANT: trading volume already done in the current month.
All in all "complaining on a high level"!
