Haven’t received my parcel yet and paid £9.95 for Saturday delivery which was last Saturday.
I actually did email yous directly and haven’t received a response and I also don’t have a card with the attempt delivery on it so therefore I didn’t know of the delivery attempt.

Hi Jolene, it's a real shame that you have left us a 1 star review without contacting us in the first instance as we could've helped you and shed more light on this situation. We are not at fault for this delay.
On Friday when you placed an order there was a Royal Mail national strike meaning that no parcels could be collected or delivered. This was covered on national news, social media and our website. It was made clear that delays would be inevitable. We actually went above and beyond in this case, because you paid for Saturday delivery, we made a visit to our local post office in person with your parcel because we knew that Royal Mail wouldn't be collecting from us on the Friday. We hoped that by doing this, it may have at least had a chance of reaching you. Unfortunately, the parcel didn't arrive as we anticipated. Despite our best efforts, this was beyond our control.
We have tracked your parcel (the tracking number has now been sent to you via email to see for yourself) and it shows that Royal Mail did attempt to deliver your parcel on the next available date which was Monday 29th August. There was nobody at home to receive the parcel.
Taking all of the above information into account, and considering we went above and beyond what was required of us, we believe that the 1 star review is most unfair. This situation could've easily been explained to you and we'd have happily helped had you given us the chance.
Please can you explain why a 1 star review for our small business is justified based on our email to you and our Trust Pilot response?

False advertisement pictures especially with sizes. I ordered the blondie t shirt which states size 6-18 expecting it to come like the t shirt dress on their picture and it hasn’t. I don’t know how it would fit a size 18?! I’m only a 10 and it’s still short on me.Wish I read their reviews first before purchasing.

Of course we appreciate that sizing can be difficult in terms of ordering online, that's why we always try and offer as much information as we possibly can, on the item description on the website and all our social media channels. We're also always available to answer any sizing/fit queries any customer may have prior to purchase as we gather lots of feedback from our customers who have been able to try on in our store and we personally try things on ourselves.
In relation to our band tee's we always try and offer our tee's in a more relaxed slouch fit, as the feedback we've received from years of selling them, that's how people prefer them to fit. The blondie tee is suitable for sizes 6/8 to 12/14 and although our model wears it as a dress this isn't specifically a tee dress style and this is just a recommendation.
We're really proud of our great review history as a whole. As a small family run business we try and do our utmost to make our customers happy and I do feel our reviews reflect this.
Again i'm so sorry you haven't been happy with our service and we will take your comments on board to do better in future.

We'd like to take this opportunity to explain further what was agreed and that we wholly accept liability for shipping out a faulty item, which we admitted should've been noticed during the picking and packing process. It's very unfortunate that this happened and we immediately issued an apology.
We offered you 2 options; return the dress for a full refund (including postage costs) OR to refund you 20% of the price paid for the dress if you were happy to keep it (making the dress non-returnable). You agreed to keep the dress with the fault and accepted the refund. We would like to re-iterate that we did everything we could to help. Errors can happen which we appreciate isn't ideal for a customer, but we always offer a friendly solution.
