Well….. where do I start!
I discovered this company a few years ago and loved the unusual designs they offered. This is what initially what attracted me to them! I have given this company more than enough times to now realise they’re not up to the standard they should be for the prices they charge! Firstly, I have ordered a number of items which state XL and as advised on their website size 16. These have all been returned to them one of which from memory was a sequin skirt and I was told by customer services that they do come up small! Well, if that’s the case don’t advertise it as a size 16! I’ve also returned a bow jumper as it had a mark on the front and the label inside was falling off to be told that the label wasn’t seen as a fault but they accepted back. Just to also note, all these returns I had to pay for so was out of pocket! I gave up on the company for a short while, before they then launched their so called Luxe range! Again, the funky designs and patterns immediately caught my attention! I should have stayed clear! I’ve wasted so much money now, that I feel impelled to write a negative review because I’ve had such an awful experience! I’ve ordered the animal print balloon trousers and mini crop top, the unicorn balloon trousers and top (ordered this as a celebrity wore this, should've known better!)
I’ve also ordered the lobster wide leg trousers (most recent order)

The unicorn trousers and top I have worn once on holiday last year and all the stitching is coming undone and the colour has all faded on one wash! Similarly with the animal print balloon trousers I have worn these twice (not even worn the matching top yet) and the colour fade in comparison to the unworn top is embaressing! Not to mention, all the stitching on the sides of the pocket has all come undone and the back of the trousers the stitching is all coming apart! The lobster trousers I ordered in an XXL which in theory should be a size 20! I’m a 16, and these arrived and I couldn’t even get up my thighs! These have since gone back! With regards to the animal print trousers I have emailed customer services and they’ve offered to ‘reinforce’ the stitching for me giving me the impression that they think I have stretched them weird! I don’t think ordering two supposedly luxury brand custom trousers that cost me well over £100 should be reinforced do you! I wanted a new pair and they would not offer this to me! So I now have a pair of expensive faded trousers unwearable! Not to also mention, when, I originally ordered these they sent me the original pair of XXL trousers with the wrong labelling inside and admitted that the manufacturers got the sizing wrong! I thought this was the case of the lobster trousers I originally ordered too but when emailing customer services of course I was wrong! The customer always seems to be wrong with this company!

I want to also point out this companies return policy is an absolute shambles you have to pay to return items and then have to wait at least a month for your money back if not more! This company should not be charging this sort of money for cheap products that are poorly made! I am so disappointed as a customer and I genuinely am really sad to write this review but I feel that it’s only fair to others! Keep your money don’t waste it you can order similar items on Shein for a fraction of the price!

Just to update on the reply from Cocoboo below. As stated in my previous complaint I had worn and washed the garment once so on reflection as a company regardless of test washing etc your garments do not wash well and they fade after one wash and the stitching comes undone. I have followed all the hand cool wash instructions needless to say that one pair (unicorn trousers) didn’t even have a wash care label in it so I hand washed these any way on the side of precaution. Regardless if your fabrics are sourced or made in the UK doesn’t make my experience with you any different nor have you offered a pleasurable customer service experience which is in no relation to tour fabrics! Poor customer service as well as poorly made garments. You would think that paying over £100 for these garments that they wouldn’t fall apart after one wash but you do not seem to address this issue at all. Avoid!

I've bought loads off of cocoboo from the early days. However, just had my 1st custom made bottle green sequin trousers and they are everything!!!! I messaged to say I'd love them but in a shorter size and the team were only too happy to accommodate! Received today and oh my gosh...too good to be true.. but they are!! xxx

Absolutely INSANE collections from Coco Boo Loves. I’ve had so many bits and bobs from here, can’t wait to buy more and I’ve always been so impressed. The ladies truly put their heart and soul into their business and it really shows in their handmade, super unique garments. They have built a wonderful community online which is inclusive for everyone and you definitely feel part of the family when you visit any of their shops. There really is something for everyone, for any occasion and the clothes are of AMAZING quality. They don’t hesitate to offer their knowledge and assistance (which is great, because I’m convinced they’re actual fashion gurus) and they want and encourage everyone to feel fabulous. Couldn’t recommend more.

Everything about my experience with coco boo loves has been amazing, the girls went the extra mile to tell me what they think suited my size and shape for an upcoming holiday and I now have several outfits that I feel very confident in. All clothes are made in uk factories which I love and all made to a high standard will definitely be returning when I’m back home x

I ordered a lucky bag which I have ordered before and the clothes were fine. This time the smell when I opened the bag was horrendous it smelt like a musty bag of clothes from a charity shop. On inspecting the clothes none of them had labels on them a blouse in the bag had the label taken out you could see the holes where the label had been removed. The polo neck top was more like a small than a medium/large the leggings were poor quality and very see through not the quality of the clothes you would usually buy from cocobooloves. I watched the live on instagram they were promoting the lucky bags and thought it very unfair when they were packaging the bags and the person who was buying the bag was saying they didn’t want items that were being put in the bags and the staff were swapping the items of clothing. They even said they shouldn’t be doing it. I feel ripped off and don’t think the clothes I received would ever have been for sale in their shop in the condition I received them.

I ordered on 17/2 and did not realise that what I had ordered fell into the IN-HOUSE/COCOBOOLUXE COLLECTIONS which meant it could take at least 10 working days to arrive. I chased up 26/2 and was told this which was fine but then had to chase again on 8th March which was almost 3 weeks since I ordered. I was told again slight delay but it was due to be sent out which it was and I received it on 12th March almost 4 weeks since ordering. as much as I liked the trousers the material was scratchy & uncomfortable which was a shame but the top was nice so I decided to return the trousers which was done easily and quickly and posted by myself (and paid for) 13/3 for them to receive on 14/3 which they did. I got an email confirming my return would be processed within 14 days. I am still in my 14 days but this was via Klarna so i feel it could be updated much quicker, I've now had to make a payment for trousers i returned. Overall will never shop again due to the hassle of delivery and return, which is a shame as i said the top was nice. Disappointed. If the return is processed on time 3rd April that will be almost 7 weeks since I ordered, in the world now things should not take this long- it certainly doesn't take that long to take the money out my account.
I will point out customer service reply quickly and are very helpful - just need to get a system that returns can be processed quicker!
