Placed an order with this company, after waiting a few days it never turned up. Contacted the company who then strung me along for a while before saying it will not be delivered for over 3 weeks. They do not stock all products so they have little control over when it will be delivered. This disruption caused me to have to delay an installation, when I asked for a small discount for the disruption they simply said no. Cancelled the order and placed it with another supplier who was even cheaper. Strongly recommend you do not use this supplier as they can not be relied on, will not communicate anything to you. I will not be using again.

The worst company and customer service I ever seen in my life. Pure scam, charging people for WiFi access to their device but if there’s a problem you are on your own. Pure scam and junk

Spare part arrived well packed & the expected date.

Ordered an ac condensate pump just before 3pm and it was dispatched in a matter of minutes and arrived the next day. Brilliant service and well priced

Order expensive part for boiler yes it came next day but damaged
It cost me £30 to send back and for them to resend new part that was damaged there end said not there fault!!!

Ordered a heat exchange unit for our Firebird C26 in the mid morning and it arrived by ten am the next morning ....

I placed the order through the website which I found easy to use. The part I ordered arrived 2 days later which I was very impressed with considering it is the run up to Christmas!! Well packaged and generally great. Thank you, I will be using you again!
