We introduced Channel Grabber to our business as a SOP and stock management system a few months ago. As previous reviews mention, it is completely unreliable, we’ve wasted so much time and resources setting CG up for our business, but it has been a complete waste of our time. The site has been down several times over the last few months not just for a few hours but for days at a time, meaning all the effort we’ve put into ensuring our stock levels are accurate has been for nothing. I wonder if Channel Grabber are struggling to keep afloat.

Been a customer since 2020, but the last 18 months has been a nightmare. The system has been experiencing frequent outages, making it impossible for me to rely on it for managing and updating my stock. As a result, I’m facing overselling issues, frustrated customers, and the very real risk of losing my Amazon Prime badge.
On top of that, the system frequently overloads stock levels, forcing me to issue refunds to customers. This not only damages my reputation but also negatively impacts my seller metrics within Amazon, which could have long-term consequences for my business.
During the busy Christmas season, the stock management system was down for a full two weeks, causing significant disruptions. Now, the entire site is once again completely inaccessible. At this point, I have lost confidence in their ability to provide a stable and reliable service. It’s clear that I need to start exploring alternative solutions.

Been with CG for at least 8 years and their service has gone down hill. Claire was brilliant with onboarding but then it was like i was dead to them. As i type their system has been down for the last 2 days and they are blaming their 3rd parties for the system not working. This seems to be a regular occurrence. I have 5 ebay shops, 3 shopify and 3 Etsy and i am having to go in manually and do shipping etc. This has cost me dearly in time and reputation as well as completely made me lose track of my stock inventory. I would avoid these cowboys like the plague.
As of autumn 2024 ChannelGrabber has started suffering constant server and technical issues which crash their website completely, sometimes for days, which is totally unacceptable for a service that you have to rely on 100% to work at all times. The system is down again at the time of this message, the 4th time in 3 months. The servers have been down since Wednesday (3 days), destabilising all our stock levels so people are buying things we haven't had in stock for months, forcing us to find manual shipping solutions and resulting in dozens of late strikes from impatient buyers who don't care about the problems we are having because ChannelGrabber can't do it's job. They fob you off with standardised replies and stock messages. Completely unacceptable - we intend to jump ship as soon as humanly possible. This company is going to crash and burn soon if they carry on in this way.
Been with them for over 10 years. They were great back then but have been bought out twice and the system just keeps crashing. Technical support has been outsourced and for £600 a month just go an use Click & Drop for free. We have had a full day of no CG. There has been no email, there will be no compensation oh and they put their prices up last year which is laughable. Seriously save you money and don't bother with them.
Easy product to use and keeps my stock on Amazon, eBay and Shopify up to date. Use CG to print invoices and keep track of which products need ordering. New owners seem to have CG back on track and Sarah is always on hand to help when needed via phone or email.

Installed to Woo as in the documentation, just didn't work and the customer service didn't seem bothered about helping despite us trying our hardest to work with them

I've been customer of CG for 9 years (OMG where did that time go). They have grown with me and offer a great value flexible plan. The interface a simple enough to use, its easy to get new staff using the system. We have tried other systems over the years just to see if someone else can do better, but to be honest we have ended up coming back and sticking with them. We will shortly be using other services they offer which I have great confidence that they will help us grow and develop to the next stage.

We have been using Channel Grabber for a few years and it really does simplify our business processes. Selling online through multiple channels (website and ebay) creates challenges managing stock but Channel Grabber manages this seamlessly. Also allows us to consolidate all orders and print invoices and postage labels - and despatch items through the Channel Grabber interface rather than jumping between ebay and our website.
Back up from Channel Grabber support is good - and there's plenty of help available in online articles.
Would highly recommend (and have done!) to any online retailer who is selling across multiple platforms.
