Avoid this company at all costs!

I placed a £3,000 order for their “Premium Cladding in colour SILVER,” which is shown on their website as a beige/cream shade. To be sure, I even ordered a sample beforehand, and it matched perfectly—so we went ahead with the full order.

Once installed, I was thrilled. The cladding was exactly the colour I wanted, and we even painted our fence and bought garden accessories to match. But within just a few months, the colour had faded drastically—from beige to a dull blue-grey. This was the exact opposite of what we wanted. If we’d wanted grey cladding, we would have bought it.

When I contacted the company, I initially received no response. After months of chasing, they finally replied, brushing it off with “some degree of fading is normal.” Since then, they have completely ignored my emails—even when I referenced the warranty on their own website, which claims the colour should last 10–15 years. Ours lasted three months.

There has been zero accountability or customer support. We are now pursuing legal action because we feel we’ve been misled and scammed. I understand minor fading is normal, but a complete colour change is unacceptable.

Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment—buy your cladding elsewhere.
