I've pre-ordered BF4 game back in August 2013. I did expect my key on the launch-date but due some technical reasons it did not happen...

at first i thought that i dont get a key because it was so cheap but the very friendly support said that i get my key 100 % and 3 minutes after order i get my key.

Preordered FIFA 14, payed with paysafecard, got key few days before EU release date.

Ordered yesterday, payed via paypal. The site lists my payment as received. So far, no key. Support is always offline, they don't reply to my e-mails. In any case, they should stop advertising "superfast" delivery on their website.

Having dealt with many online key handlers, I often find sub-par to complex companies and teams who lack in user friendly support. I've also dealt with being hassled and treated as a criminal about to commit some crime just for giving my money.
