My appraiser Adrian came out and he was awesome. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and made the process seamless. Got a good price considering how old my vehicle was too. Highly recommend. Customer service is great

Selling a Car Couldn't Be Easier!

Robert was extremely professional and efficient in his appraisal of my car. I really valued his expertise and we were able to come to a fair agreement and complete paperwork within an hour. I would totally recommend using CarMax to anyone looking to sell a vehicle!

Nothing less than perfect.

What a seamless, smooth experience! The rep (Josh H) was one of the most personable professionals I have interacted with in a while. My husband and I are very pleased with not the only the price offered, but also the customer service. Office reps were fantastic on the phone too.

Robert was the field appraiser that…

Robert was the field appraiser that inspected my vehicle. He was very thorough and knowledgeable explaining the whole process. Drove test the vehicle and inspected the car one last time. Next we negotiated on a reasonable price, prepared the paperwork, signed, and handed me a check . It was a great experience.
