They saw my private advert on autotrader and made a sensible offer (unlike some of the other calls I got) which I accepted.

Corey came a couple of days later to inspect the vehicle. Very friendly, respectful and enthusiastic. He did a thorough inspection followed by a quick test drive. Called the office, had the previously agreed amount transferred to my bank, did the vehicle transfer online and that was it. Very smooth, easy process that took less than an hour.

I was contacted by CarFish after putting my car on Autotrader. They offered me £13750 initially. After I told them about the scratches and one dent, they confirmed that they would be happy to pay £13500. The chap came down today, inspected the car and then tried to offer £12800 due to what seemed like excuses on a 2020 reg car. We buy any car offered much when seeing the car.

Don't waste your time and avoid at all costs. Traders running the company with a low balling trader mindset looking for venerable customers.
