Unfortunately, my app glitched when I wanted to give feedback/a tip to our driver Ovidiou after taking the journey with him, so want to express my thanks to him on here instead.
Thank you for making our journey smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Just sad that there is no option to give you a tip once the journey has been completed - I certainly tried but the app did not work as expected.

Disgraceful. I booked a cab 4 weeks in advance as I would be travelling alone with a child and needed pick up from train station in the evening. I was charged at time of booking. Received a call the morning of the job to tell me there were no cars. I never received a refund. I refuse to even speak to them again to chase the refund.

I used to love this company but recently it has not been the best.
Drivers "break down" and cancel so you are left waiting for another driver regularly.
They do not respond to complaints.
They arbitrarily inflate prices beyond the quoted fair even when there were no traffic jams. I was quoted £17 for a journey that cost me the same £17 with Uber but ended up paying £24. No difference in the level of traffic and there was a 3-hour difference between the two journeys.

booked taxi 4 days in advance as women on own with 3 separate drops. confirmed 2days before trip and app showed confirmed booking. on night, no one outside so rang number to be informed.....no one available for an hour then received text taxi cancelled. Will not use again and most certainly not recommend

Pre-booked 24hrs in advance for it to be cancelled an hour before pick up.

Driver spot on but prebooked 2 1/2 hours before and was still ten min late not drivers fault office

Really good. Driver was a friendly guy who also made sure I got home safely.

Cab turned up early, driver was very friendly and happy to change the drop off location.

Perfect start to a holiday.
Driver was bang on time, friendly, polite and very professional. Car was clean and comfortable.

Cab waited for us when the coach got in late- was a reasonable price. Lovely ride and clean car. Will definitely use again. Found it hard to book online though as it didn’t go through and ended up calling instead, but that may have been airport WiFi.

Overall the experience was good.

Laurian our driver called just prior to arrival at cruise port, which was helpful - about 10mins after booked time, which wasn't a problem. He checked exact post code of destination and updated the price with us. Due to a misunderstanding, he then called the office to clarify and we agreed the revised payment. Journey was very comfortable and quick. Driver was pleasant and helpful. Would certainly consider using again and would recommend - just ensure you put in the full postcode when obtaining the quote as the booking will be made even with only the first part of the code.

Kulvinder was early for my pick up, we had a nice and chilled out chat on the way and this made it special for me. He has driven me on numerous occasions and his car and his driving is impeccable. Many thanks Kulvinder
