I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. My experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. I ordered the correct ELWB side bars for my vehicle, but what was supplied did not match the listing and did not fit as described. The company then tried to blame me by claiming I had ordered the wrong item, despite the fact that I specifically needed the ELWB version and provided clear evidence showing the problem.

Instead of taking responsibility, they ignored the actual issue, refused to properly acknowledge the mismatch, and hid behind their return policy rather than offering a fair resolution. I provided photos, measurements, and clear explanations, yet they still tried to shift the blame and avoid accountability. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to resolve the matter properly.

This has wasted a huge amount of my time and caused unnecessary stress. I expected honesty and basic customer support, but instead I was met with excuses and denial. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Order placed on Tuesday the 14th of April received on Friday the 17th thanks bragan team that's side bars and bull bar of brother as present and I got rear back top bar van locking mint thank you so much 10 out of 10

2017 bmw x3 f25. Wind deflectors came within 4 days very easy to fit after reading instructions. Dry run first to see how they line up spot on highly recommended

Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with one of my roofbar end caps, which was all of my own doing, so I contacted Bragan who responded promptly sending the replacement parts within a couple of days. For myself this is customer service which can't be faulted.

Ordered steps for my Hyundai Tucson. They arrived in good time. Before I fitted them to the car I messaged to see if there were any written instructions as the series of pictures didn't really explain all the necessary steps properly. I was then sent exactly the same pictures again. They may as well have just sent 2 pictures, 1 of the car without steps, then 1 of the car with steps. It is not clear that the trim below the doors needs to come off so the middle and rear brackets can be fixed. Anyway, I set about fitting them. In doing so I overtightened a couple of the smaller fixings. I messaged Bragan asking if they would supply me a couple of replacements. I got a reply asking for pictures of what I needed. I said that they were still on the car but were the smaller T bolts supplied in the set. 2 weeks go by and after numerous emails a package arrived. Opened it up to find 2 large T bolts and 2 smaller T bolts, neither were the ones I requested. More emails back and forth and eventually another package arrives, this time containing roof bar T track bolts. Again, not what I required. Message Johnny yet again and he asks if I could grind them down to make them fit? Over a month has passed since my first email, surely the company would know which bolts are supplied with the steps? I thought supporting a British company was the way to go, but no. I should have bought steps from Erkul Oto instead.

didnt fit the caddy sent videos of the damage sent videos it not fitting correct had to get backet made to make it fit...
at my cost at very minimal asked for a refund on my costs... their attitude stinks. avoid avoid avoid their not interested once they get your money

The contact from your sales department on the other hand is absolutely shocking,, purchasing the bar I was told to go and look at Google images to make sure it was the correct bar, I should have known them it was going to be a disaster, I have missing rivet nuts I emailed to let you know and I should really copy and paste your reply telling me it was imperative I double and double checked all packaging for them,,

All I asked for was you to tell me what size and I would go and purchase some at screw fix,,

Would I recommend absolutely not purely due to certain sales communication, for the couple of £100 extra that I probably spent on items to wire the bar in future or for anyone else I would pay for Kelsa or another brand,,

Seriously disappointed, I ordered air horn brackets from kelsa and the communication on there part has been unbelievable,,

Easy online item identification and ordering / payment. Supplier follows up to ensure that item ordered is the correct one for the specific vehicle, before shipping. Good packaging and installation instructions.

The product came fast and seems to be good.
But if you have any questions, or need som help...then forget it ! They never answers on instagram,facebook or e-mail... So the Customer Service is horrible...

I live in Cyprus and purchased the bonnet protector for a 2009 Grand Vitara. They shipped it over at a very competitive price. From ordering to receiving to my door, it only took 2 weeks. Tracked all the way. Good packaging. Item arrived perfectly. Without Bragan it would cost a hell of a lot more to import from UK. Well done Bragan and thank you very much.

Ordered roof rails for a VW T6, arrived but was wrong item and doesn’t fit. After multiple emails and phone calls with photos of the wrong rails like they requested they still don’t acknowledge their mistake. Just want the right set or a refund. Worst customer services ever, avoid at all costs.
