We had a great 5 days away. The property we stayed at was clean and cosy, in quiet location and near to the beach. The accomodation had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely book again and would definitely recommend booking with them.

Bourne Coast always provide good…
Bourne Coast always provide good quality accommodation at reasonable rates and staff are always very friendly and helpful if there are any queries. I have holidayed through their services several times from studio to larger accommodation and never been disappointed.

Bournecoast Property Agents
For both prospective landlords and tenants I cannot recommend Bournecoast too highly. This family firm has been looking after my holiday let property in Southbourne since May 2020. Their response to any tenant concerns is always immediate and they have guided me through my first letting venture from the very start and continue to look after the property for the benefit of myself and my holiday tenants.

Clean and very nice decor
Clean and very nice decor. Nice walk through the park to the beach.
The flat had most things you would need but it would have been nice to have a hairdryer there.

3 Ormonde Road Branksome Park …
I recently stayed at 3 Ormonde Road Branksome Park. It is a large house so does give good value for money, unfortunately that is the only perk. The house in my opinion was very dirty, the carpets were stained, ingrained dirt on skirting boards radiators and doors and curtains hanging of the rail in the bedroom and living room. I find this completely unacceptable especially given the situation with Covid were cleaning should be a priority. It is not enough to say that sometimes things are missed. I would not recommend this property in its given state.

The Landlord appoints a Changeover Agent to ensure the property is ready for each arriving party of guests but it appears that in this case they did miss some areas of the cleaning and did not re-attach the curtains where they should have done this. However we understand that they did re-attend to rectify these, including to supply the toilet rolls which was an error on the Changeover Agents part.
The property is as advertised, however over a season some further wear can often show, we have always had very good feedback about the property and that based on the location and size it is still very competitively priced to reflect the standard.
We are sorry however that this did not meet your expectations and we fully agree that a property should be clean on arrival. Ideally this would always be the case but on rare occasions things do get missed and it is important that what can be is rectified as soon as possible and we believe this was the case.
We do feel that the issues you made us aware of during your stay were addressed promptly when the Changeover Agents returned to the property to rectify the matters raised. We do hope that you did still manage to have an enjoyable stay in the area and took advantage of the size of this property and everything the local area has to offer.
