Absolute SCAM. Booked in error believing they were the legitimate .gov site. Realised straight away after being charged double the theory test price. I emailed for a refund instantly but needless to say, my emails are being ignored. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

So just giving update got my money refunded and my test been bkd also the app is good and helpful tbh so all good they take a day to respond

This is a scam. I accidentally purchased through them and 20 minutes later was asking for a full refund. What they do the next day? Ignore my emails.

Scam. My son booked his theory test without checking with me first. They have taken his money and no test is booked. Reported to police, action fraud and Google

This is a SCAM website – DO NOT USE! I never received purchase confirmation or the confirmed booking date and time. I have logged an incident with the Police action fraud team, I urge everyone to do the same if you’ve had the same joyful experience. DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE SO COMPANIES > Book My Theory Test Online, Book Theory Test Today and The Theory Test. To book theory test, use the official gov website.

I booked and paid for my grandsons car theory test, last November, cancelled due to Covid, no ones fault, would have thought you would have rebooked, but it is 4 months now since cancellation, cannot contact then, no telephone number, sent several emails, none have been answered, a complete waste of £45.99, would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible service and hidden T&Cs, I would avoid at all costs and just use the official website, there’s no point paying double for fake prioritisation and no retests.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not use this company. I booked the theory test for my son at a cost of £46 as the website states you an have 2 further re-tests. For some unknown reason the wrong test centre was booked. It took me two weeks of emails (no phone number available)and then phone calls to a 3rd party (who use the same building that the Company's mailbox is registered to) to get the venue changed, My son failed the test so I then tried to take advantage of the free re-test. Absolutely no response despite the fact that the website promises to answer enquiries by the following working day. In total I have sent 15 emails and made 6 phone calls. I finally sent an email advising them that I would be reviewing them on Trust Pilot. Still no response. Absolutely appalling that they refuse to respond to emails.. Do not use the company, use the official DVLA site.

I'd advise you to avoid paying the £47 to this company (who offer a 'deal' of three attempts if you pass with a score of over 38). Trouble is most people's first go seems to be lower than this (which they must know) so I have now wasted £47 on one test as I was just under this score. In future I will stick to the government/ dvla website which is only £26 per test.
They also only operate online so when you book a test and say which date and time you want they come back with the nearest time and location available! When I wanted to change it there is no telephone number and it has to be done via email when they reply. Not happy!
