MISSING ORDER CANT GET A REFUND

So more than 6weeks later my order is nowhere to be found, I can't get my money back, customer service is a constant automated email and them themselves can't offer a solid answer. They can't keep operating like this it's unethical and a scam. This was my first time using this company I read all the reviews but opted to give it the benefit of doubt!!! I am now a very unhappy customer!!!
*DO NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION SHOP AT BOOHOO!!!!!*
Save yourself the trouble rather use a more reputable company like Asos!!!! You're wasting you're time and money.

I absolutely love boohoo!

I absolutely love boohoo!
Cheap prices, but nice quality on most of the clothes (but like any other brand, you can be unlucky)
Quick delivery, super nice costumer service that answer quickly and help you with whatever (I've mainly used Facebook to reach out to them)

They have all kinds of styles, a lot you can't really find anywhere else. I've ordered from boohoo 10+ times and I'll definitely continue!

Faulty item, no help, no service

I bought many items from boohoo and I'm so disappointed. One of the items I received was faulty.

I wrote to Boohoo to ask for an exchange and their response; ' [they] did not have the facilities for an exchange' and promptly asked me to post the item back at my own cost and then re-buy it... which included postage.

I can't believe a company can survive with this attitude in this day and age.!

Be aware, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS RETAILER!!

Wrong delivery address , terrible customer service

After waiting for my delivery from BooHoo , I decided to go onto the tracking page and saw that it was "returned to sender" by the Royal Mail because the address was wrong. Let me explain , the postcode was right yet Flat number was wrong , and because the wrong flat number belongs to a set of flats that have been demolished , they gave the reason for not delivering that I had moved. Yet this is not the case it is just the wrong flat number on the delivery address. I have filled out 3 contact forms on boohoo.com and also messaged them on Facebook with NO REPLY! all I wanted was to be contacted to change the address to the correct one and get my items to me asap . But I have not had a reply or been contacted at all . Their customer service is very poor , they are quick to take the money yet are not quick when it comes to problems with the order/delivery , I really like boohoo's stuff but unless this is dealt with properly I feel I wont be buying from there again My order number is 37055687

Waited 7 days on a next day delivery

I ordered a jacket and it took so long to arrive as they kept trying to deliver at stupid times of the night. This was at a work address and could see it was obviously closed.

Was very hard to get in touch and when I finally did they told me they couldn't do anything about it!

Very unprofessional and a horrible experience. Has put me off ordering from there again.

My friends order from there quite alot so I was very concerned and confused.

No delivery

Received a text saying my item would be delivered that day, however no delivery was attempted. Tried the online tracking service but simply says out for delivery with the date it should have arrived. Not impressed especially as I chose next day delivery as my delivery option...

Boohoo was great

Boohoo was great but I can tell it's starting to become more expensive. Clothes are about the same quality of forever 21 but the designs are definitely more unique. I always get compliments whenever I wear one of their print shift dresses. Shipping usually takes 7 days (I live in the US), not bad. Good overall

I shop here so often and I never usually have any issues with delivery. I normally pick next day delivery when it's going cheap by using a code. Delivery is always on point and my items are perfect, but yesterday I was supposed to receive 3 orders and I only found 2 of my items in my package. The item I wanted the most was not there. A diamante ear cuff. My package was sealed and the tape at the bottom of the package said SEALED & SECURITY CHECKED. Yeah right! If so then where was my item? Checked the paper work nobody had signed the papers that said who picked and who packed. Smart move that way nobody gets the blame when I complain. Anyway my item is apparently on its way. They sent it out next day delivery and so they should. I've never had this issue with boohoo before so I won't let it stop me from buying from them. I love the site and their stuff. The amount of money I spent in a year on that site is ridiculous lol but let that happen again and I'm so gone.

Using this site more and more.

I've only used this site a few but after my first buy of a longline coat I hadn't seen anywhere else I started to go on their site a lot more. Fast delivery, good prices and their own brand designs are good for clothing you're just going to wear for one season. Only problem I've had is ordering two sweatshirt that I really liked. I got them in a medium like always and they wouldn't even fit over my head, going a size or two up is a good idea.

Very trustworthy

Sometimes delivery isn't as fast as other times, but always within 2 weeks. Items are described and pictured just as arrived. This site is as reliable as a online retail store such as Debenhams/ Asos/Forever 21
The pricing is very good, a student discount is offered and there is always a special promotional code
