Wrong photos sent (of another family!)…

Wrong photos sent (of another family!) so long wait for my order. I was told I would get a refund but didn’t. Decided not to waste more time in phone queues/emails but won’t be using again.

Photo book

Unfortunately this photo book was not of the usual high quality from Bonus Print. The colours were not true to the original photos, particularly on a panoramic photo which spanned front and back covers where the colours were not the same on each side.

Very disappointed with the quality of…

Very disappointed with the quality of my wedding photo prints. They were all professionally taken and edited but the prints were dull and nothing like the originals. Won't be using bonus print again, what a waste of money! Wish I could re-do them all but it costed me too much to have them printed again :(

Got it wrong twice - why just do it wrong again?

Could have been good if they had quality checks. Acrylic Print seemed good quality but was too light. They tried again - second one exactly the same.(why??). Offered a third attempt or refund but only if I posted everything back to them - I have better things to do than driving 8 miles to a post office.

It would be better if the text boxes…

One or two changes you could make: It would be better if the text boxes didn't just come up in the middle, and could be positioned before the text is entered, and you could see the text in position. Also it would be helpful if the thumbnails of uploaded photos were labelled with their original filenames.

I ordered a photo book for an 80th…

I ordered a photo book for an 80th birthday. A week after ordering i received an email from Bonusprint saying they were busy and the book would be delayed. As a result the book wont arrive for the birthday party. Very disappointing.
