We consistently faced issues with communication. We asked for a gate key fob for over a year with no reply. Requests for maintenance and deposit returns were ignored until we filed disputes, which finally prompted a response. I hope they improve their service and provide better support to future tenants.
We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this agency in Brentwood, specially with Nigel, our agent, totally unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. He never responded by email or by phone, they took too long to send a technician to fix what we needed (for example, we spent 3 weeks without washing machine and 6 months without dishwasher!) and they didn’t give our money back (deposit) just because they considered that we didn’t left the flat so clean (specifically, with a professional cleaner).
We have never ever seen something like that. Not recommended at all. Please avoid them, do it for your mental health!
