Ordered an orange/purple table lamp from Amazon that came via Birco Distribution. Delivery was timely but the lampshade had what I can only describe as a watermark/glue run. Contacted Birco and was sent a replacement immediately. Couldn't fault the service of this Company and my table lamp looks absolutely gorgeous.

I’d bought a lampshade on Amazon that was distributed by Birco. I’d had a problem with the size of the lampshade and Andrew at Birco went out of his way to make things right for me. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Birco and will be using them again myself. Brilliant!

I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was terrible — communication was almost nonexistent, and no one ever responded to my questions. Overall, I would not recommend buying anything from this place.

Really pleased with my order of sitting jazz band figurines, fast delivery packaged really well. Look great on my mantle.

Brro offers good products at fair prices. Delivery times can vary, which is sometimes frustrating, but customer service is professional and helpful when contacted. My experience included modern, easy-to-install lights and quick refunds for issues. Communication could be improved, but overall, Brro delivers quality when you're not in too much of a rush. Four stars!

Oh, I wish I had read the reviews of this awful company. I paid for the postage on my order. The items did not fit, I returned the order and paid the return postage. They are refusing to refund me either for the items returned or the original postage. This contravenes the Consumer Contracts law for selling online. They seem to think they can make up their returns policy just to suit them. I’m fighting this through PayPal. I’m reporting them to trading standards. Do not buy from this company.

I purchased a replacement Sculpture Figurine Ornament from Birco Distribution Ltd for one that had broken.
Fantastic one day delivery service. The item was boxed double packed and protected with polystyrene.
My 4 x Standing Jazz Musician ornament collection is now complete once again!

Delivery was prompt. I ordered a set of under cabinet lights to put in my display cabinet, they were easy to fit and look great, they also gave my cabinets a more modern look compared to the original lights the cabinet came with many years ago.

Ordered a pendant with rose on chain on 24th Jan recieved it 26th Jan very quick delivery the only thing I would say negative would be no order confirmation received or delivery info

Such a pathetic game players 🤣 mark evans who emailed me is same guy who makes fake reviews. Well done 👍
Btw dont count on them if you gonna have any issues with delivery or product.

Ordered Dusting sheets, which took long time to deliver, no replies to the emails I sent them. 3 out of the 5 sheets were damaged and after repeated emails had no response from BIRCO for 3 weeks. Not worth the hassle, wish I have seen the Reviews on this website before ordering from them. NEVER AGAIN, Avoid at all costs.

Faulty light, raised the issue but did not receive a response.

Apparently it's "company policy" to make customers wait 14 days for a refund even when it's their fault because they had no stock. Maybe it would be better to show items as out of stock on your website??? Disgusting attitude.

I am still waiting for my order from the 10th June it is now the 11th July and I have had nothing but a short,moody reply saying “it’s out for delivery” my order tracker hasn’t moved in the slightest which tells me my items haven’t even left there warehouse yet. I am appalled at the fact that they are even still allowed to be open&functioning. I will be following this up and trying my best to stop this company robbing anybody else!!!

Ordered some items from their website which I wanted to do some jobs in the garden. I emailed them asking for an update and had no reply. Eventually, on the 3rd email, I got a short response -“ It’s with the courier”. Great I thought it’ll be here soon but no after a week with it still not showing on the courier website I emaile Birco again and was told it was showing as in the process. On checking it had appeared less than an hour after my email. I was advised of a delivery date by the carrier but it didn’t appear and Birco were of no help so I contacted the carrier myself and about 4days later it arrived. A shocking shambles of a company which I won’t be using again. On a plus note the prices were good but not worth the bother it became

Very bad I’d certainly avoid,I’d still not received my order after 14days so after emails was told it’s been lost by myhermes,but I don’t think it was even sent,this really is a cowboy company,just read all the bad reviews and there’s plenty of them they need zero star rating

Since stating that my order had been shipped it's been an additional 11 working days since. The supplier doesn't reply to any emails.
I purchased my order via my credit card. My credit card hasnt been used at all for some time, yet the day this transaction went through, I got defrauded. Someone has successfully paid for goods online from another retailer with my card and has since tried again but stopped by the bank. I can't say for sure that this company are the culprits, however I personally believe this to be so. Avoid this company at all costs.

I did wait 13 days for my digital hanging scales but I got them now. Work fine no problems. Would recommend if your not in a hurry for your order.
