Ethel was very patient and helpful with me. She stayed and helped me for at least 4 - 5 hours and stayed professional and guided me through all the problems i was facing. 5/5 10/10 stars for ethel thank you.

I've been trying to get the optimist to work they really have been working with me in every solution in way to help me I really like this company I even paid a little bit more to have the team viewer live selection hopefully it works tonight thank you mel

BATTLELOG PROGRAM AND DEVS SEEMS TO BE A COMPLETE SCAM due to program compatibility issues that aren't known until after purchase tech support just as lost as i was with windows 11 trying to disable secure boot to launch startup of program windows 11/10 bug issues that causes complete lock out of the pc when disabling secure boot still currently waiting for a refund for product that never worked spent over 12 hours trying to get product to work on a Saturday entire day gone not one game played or enjoyed this was by far the worst experience i,ve had with any mod menu/ launchpad horrid experience you have to delete and turn off every security feature, your pc has to even download 5 out of 8 different launchers/managing apps very invasive programs exposing pc to a multitude of viruses and malware this product wouldn't even be worth it even if it was permanent ownership let alone having to rent the programs you purchase battlelog needs to be shut down and erased poor product devs don't even care
