This insurance is a joke / scam. It covers nothing realistic.

We added Xtra garanti Gull when we bought our new second hand car. Unfortunately the car gave us an error message after some months. This was potentially an expensive repair. We contacted Auto Concept and the repair was covered and the service was great. Would advise to add this garanti, maybe you don’t need it but comforting feeling in case anything happens!

Just called them and asked, insurance covered everything

Very resistant to obvious problems. Workshop says the issue clearly but autoconcept's all technicians are trying to conclude otherwise.

Aircondition condensor was faulty and workshop confirms that there is no external damage to it still Autoconcept in there dreams think/hope of some stone damaging the condensor to avoid payment 🙄

Some of the workshops did not want to take a job

After buying a used Porsche Boxster 981 I had a problem to one of the engine mounts, autoconcept took care of all the expense and work done by Porsche center.

Very quick and no problem whatsoever. The only downside is that i had to have a second hand spare part fitted to replace the broken one, they wouldn’t cover the price for a new part. They state it on their terms and conditions, however, so fair enough.

Compressor in my XC90 needed changing, the process went smoothly. I was in contact with Autoconcept customer service and they were very helpful.

What could have been better is if Bilia had been better with the whole process.

Several issues with the vehicle have been covered as expected so am pleasantly surprised thus far!
