Aura did an amazing job of installing our air source heat pump central heating in just 3 days. They were very courteous and considerate when it came to the placing of the radiators and their size. They worked hard and did an excellent job. The electrician also following installation was very good too. Highly recommended ....thank you!

We had a first annual service on our heat pump done by Stuart. All done with no issues or mess. Stuart gave me some info on how to deal with a drop in pressure which is useful to know. Was expecting some sort of paperwork as proof of service but wasn’t given anything?

We had our boiler serviced by Alan. He's a very nice person and everything was good with the boiler. The filter wasn't checked though!
Very fast service. I called Aura late morning and they attended and fixed the problem early afternoon. Very efficient and no fuss. Just how it should be.

I had a new boiler installed by Aura. Fitter was on time, tidy, efficient and helpful. The price was very reasonable too especially compared to some others. They respond very quickly to emails and telephone calls. All in all highly recommend them.

Booking the appointment was easy, my preferences were taken into account, the appointment was scheduled promptly. The engineer was punctual, polite and respected my property.
He carried out the service with minimal fuss, explained what he was oing and cleared u after himself. Documentation was completed.

We were sent notification our engineer was on his way to us and he arrived within 15 minutes of that message. Alan was here for 30 minutes doing an annual boiler check. He was polite and well presented. He left no mess and was very tidy. We're happy to have Alan visit again.

Everything was top notch . This company absolutely excels in communication, explaining everything that will happen and let you know when people are on their way. The men that did the work also communicated well and explained things which put my mind at ease . Their after care package is also very good adding to ones piece of mind. I can not fault this company in any way and the day I came across this company I fell on my feet ! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, they stand head and shoulders above any company that I have dealt with recently.

Recently had Aura Gas service my mothers boiler.
Booked a date they arrived on the day after sending a trackable notification that they were on their way.
Polite and straight to the task and job done.
They did chase for review afterwards a few times which wasn't needed.However, great work and happy to use again.

We had a generic letter arrive in late June/early July about our property being entitled to a Air Source Heat Pump installation. The letter stated it’s “fully funded by a Government Scheme ECO (Energy Company Obligation)” and underlined and in bold it also says ‘at zero cost to you’. It goes on; ‘Grants are allocated via the Government Home Upgrade Grant (HUG)’. Then in bold it also says ‘your address is guaranteed that it meets the criteria’.
So, we booked in for today (21/07/23) for Terry Brown to do the survey (a really nice guy). Before today I explained to a lady from Aura Heating on the phone a few weeks ago that we DO NOT HAVE ANY SPARE MONEY and can only have the installation done if it is fully funded. I also explained this to Terry, and when he left I also explained to a Aura Heating guy on the phone from Portsmouth.
The guy from Portsmouth phoned me back about an hour later to tell me that he spoke to a couple of his colleagues (so he obviously doesn’t know his job properly) and he found out that we do not qualify because of our salary. What a waste of time. We’re only entitled for a grant for £5000 towards the cost. We’d have to get a loan for thousands of pounds towards the rest of the costs. How many times do you need to tell these people that you cannot afford another loan because you already have loans AND a big mortgage? Are they just trying to make money from you? Are they time wasters? There’s no reviews anywhere on the internet about previous Air Source Heat Pump customers. Annoyed
I have just read your reply;
1. I told you about our income before the survey was arranged.
2. I told you that we cannot afford another loan to pay for anything towards the installation-also before the survey appointment was arranged.
3. I also told you that we have outstanding loans and we had additional borrowing when we remortgaged in 2021 and that we are still paying for the gas central heating installation that we had installed in 2018. But still you told us that it is fully funded.
4. You claim to have customer reviews on trustpilot.com. Yeah, right

First class service from initial survey to final install. very professional and well organised.
My boiler died and Aura Gas were able to sort me new boiler. I qualified for one of their grants where I got a heat pump and new combi boiler. The whole process from start to finish was 3 weeks which I thought was quite quick.
I would like to say a special thank you to Duane Gooding who was marvellous. He answered all my questions extremely quickly and I did ask loads! He took time and patience to explain clearly the process.
I am extremely happy with the heat pump and new boiler and I recommend Aura Gas to everyone I speak to about boilers.
Had a leaking radiator at the main joint. Called Aura and they sent someone out to repair it. Worked for a bit then started again so I recontacted them. Had another visit the following day which rectified the problem. Fast and efficient.
