The team had an engineer visit within 24 hrs of my contacting them.
The engineer was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing.
I am very impressed with the service I received.

Great at first but the installation of our air source heat pump left some pretty significant damage to our flooring and the head office wasn't very good at responding to emails, fortunately the installer was on it and once he caught wind he made sure it was sorted, they sent out someone to repair the flooring after a couple of weeks and it's barely noticeable now.

I was very pleased with aura heating. Gary the boiler fitter who arrived was very professional and always willing to help in anything we wanted to know. He explained thoroughly so we understood. After his work he left everything spotless. So would I recommend aura heating “definitely” I would.

Quick and simple no drama boiler replacement. My 15 year old boiler needed replacement and Aura delivered parts on Friday, replaced the boiler on Saturday. Also replaced the original controller a few days later. Comms were excellent at every stage. Thanks for a great service. Greg

What can I say but I have experienced a service par excellence, which is a rare find post COVID. From start to finish these guys ticked the boxes. Communication was bang on point throughout, and although a unforseen problem occured during the install, the engineer/ tech was quick to call HQ and remedy it without fuss. Get these guys in if you want a trouble free experience.

Aura is without doubt a top notch company that you can trust with your heating needs. The co-ordination of the staff is second to none keeping you informed at every stage even down to the minute the engineer will arive at your property. My only doubt was if I had to register the new boiler for warranty or if it was automatically done by Aura as the supplier of the boiler. If that had been clear the it would easily been 5 stars.

The guys that came to do the installation were brilliant ( Marc and Tom ) kept the place clean and were informative of what was happening, would thoroughly recommend

What went wrong this time?

Due to damage done to our roof, which caused a serious leak into our sons bedroom, on New Years day, I have been trying to get hold of info required to the home insurance, to no avail from aura. Aura are the ones who sub Contracted the works out to the solar company. It feels like they are trying to cover their backsides as there seems to be no record of any confirmation of installation for these solar pannels. I have spoken to several different people on different days, again with no contact after them saying ill call you back then or then. I thought speaking to a senior manager would have held more weight to the situation. Surely the general manager knows what he's doing right. Obviously not. I was told by him that a message had been left with the solar company and was waiting for a response, and he would call me back either later that day or tomorrow. I have since called asking to speak to this person, again being told an email has been sent reminding him, I called back the following day and was told he was currently in a call and again a message was sent to him for a call back, as of yet I have heard squat. Your customer service is shocking, if you say you're going to calm back actually call back, this whole issue has been going on for over a month now, we all need our own space, but haven't got that luxury due to not being able to get anything resolved.

I was fully informed when work to replace 32 year old boiler was going to happen. Greg Morris was the engineer and it was a pleasure to have him around the place. He worked non stop to get it all done no mess anywhere to clear up. So grateful, I have a lovely warm house now.

Excellent job by Heating Engineer Damian who arrived before 8am and worked tirelessly till well after 10pm to ensure my mum was left with a warm home during a cold snap. Please let Damian know my mum really does think he is a genius and a superhuman for putting new life in a literally backwards fitted 25 year old system.

I had my boiler serviced today at a cost of £99 up front. I met the engineer and explained to him the boiler was losing pressure every few weeks. He said it’s only a couple pints of water and made no effort to investigate, on the plus side he set up my timing on the remote control but told me it’s a crap remote control. The whole service took 13 minutes, so that makes it £7.60 per minute. Maybe this is normal but I feel a bit ripped off, I should have become a heating engineer instead of driving a submarine, if only I had known.

Excellent service from all at Aura, called in the morning and the very helpful lady that took call advised that an engineer would be with me after lunch. I was updated on the engineers arrival by text and when he arrived he sorted out the problem I was having with my programmer/thermostat in ten minutes. Thanks to all.

The whole Aura team completed a great job fitting a New Boiler and Heating system. All were friendly, efficient and ensured any disruption to my house was kept to a minimum and were thorough in cleaning all work points..

I called AuraHeating as I have just moved into my new home and had an old, broken electric boiler that needed to be replaced. The engineer(Terry if i'm not mistaken) that came to have a look suggested that I could get an electric heat pump, if I qualify for the government grant, which I was very excited about as I knew how efficient and cheap they are to run. A few weeks later I got a brand new heat pump, which only took a few days to install! Extremely nice and hardworking engineers, made sure to do a great quality job so I now have hot water and heating 24/7 all done for free thanks to Aura Heating! A big thank you and well done to you, I can now be warm in my new home!

The engineer listened to all my grievences before looking at the boiler. He raised the temperature of the boiler which he said was too low. He then explained about the workings of the heat pump and improved the drain for any condensation.The system is now up to the task of heating my home. He left a satisfied and warm customer behind

Amazing Company and engineer, they fitted a new boiler and refused to leave until the job was complete so an older couple could once again get heat and hot water. They were there from 8am to 9.15pm. Engineers like this are hard to find. They even took them cups of tea during the day!!
