I would give 0* if I could. Scam website. Ordered a pair of shoes and long story short they were nothing similar to what was online. I then proceeded with a return in which I am yet to receive a refund. do not buy from Arveilo

Wrong sizes, cheap materials. Garbage. And make out that they do returns, but then make it virtually impossible to do. If you push it then the return costs make it pointless, and have no faith that you would actually get your money back. Avoid avoid avoid

I needed a fresh wardrobe staple, and this brand delivered. The sweater I bought fits perfectly and looks sharp. It's already been through a few washes and is holding up great. It feels premium without the high price tag.

Received my loafers , terrible fit and quality, there returns address is in Dubai, I bought the shoes from an EU website, under EU law they have to provide a European address, They will not, and insist on me sending the returns to Dubai, which costs more than the original shoes, a complete scam, impossible to work with they obviously don't want any returns, and no EU protection.

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 12th of August, they didn’t arrive until the 27th and when I got them to say I was shocked is an understatement.
The shoes are of awful cheap quality, they arrived in crappy packaging which left them squashed, and even had stains on them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Very disappointing. I recently received my order from the same place in China as other negative reviews had stated. The colour, fabric and quality DO NOT match what is stated on the website. I had seen several online instagram posts that suggested this "brand" had supplied to Daniel Craig as part of his James Bond movies. No one would wear these. Overall very disappointing and strongly advised not to use them.

DO NOT BUY - the worst quality materials . The order arrived direct from China . The quality of the items was appalling . No labels . Sizing completely wrong . I have seen dish rags in better condition than this utter rubbish clothing . Words cannot describe how awful this is . To charge money and deceive people this way is a scam . Be warned , do not buy . This deserves no stars .

Quality is horrible, nothing like what they advertise. Took several weeks to arrive and now find out the return is to Dubai and they will deduct the cost of the original shipping from your refund?!?!?

I contacted AMEX and reported the scam, they refunded the full amount but I still had to pay shipping to Dubai.

All their 5* reviews are fake. Just check the profiles.

I wasn’t going to leave a review as companies like this are a dime-a-dozen. However, they’ve left me no choice.

These guys are crazy, crazy shady. What they send looks nothing like what’s listed on their store. I ordered a Vedra cardholder. They sent me something completely different, a random wallet, in a “Fango” box (yes, it came from China). These guys are dropshippers, the wallet looks like it should cost £5 max. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them. Luckily I put it on a credit card and was able to get the money back.

They do allow returns, albeit to Dubai- which you need to pay for. Why would I pay to rectify their mistake? The final correspondence I received from them was them telling me they successfully processed my refund. This was on August 8th. Said refund has still not posted. I’ve now received another email stating an order from them is on its way. They’ve done this in an attempt to claim I’ve received what I ordered. I will once again reach out to my credit card company to let them know what is going on, and also reject the delivery.

Avoid this company. Poor product, very poor service. Pretending and acting like a semi-luxury company but they do everything they can to avoid returns and helpfulness because they know the quality of the products they drop ship. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

However even though they are poor quality they do look like they should and dont feel to bad on feet im in two minds

Found them through a friend's recommendation. Ordered one item to test -ended up placing another order a week later. That says it all.

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS SHOP
This store is 100% fake. The good reviews are completely made up. The products are cheap junk from China, nothing like the pictures. The sizes are totally wrong. You cannot return anything.
They give you a fake return address in Dubai so you can’t prove you sent it back. That means you will never get a refund. European laws can’t protect you because you can’t prove the return. You can send the pictures and prove you have received the wrong article, however they are not obligated to give you a paid return shipping lable.
These people are thieves and scammers. Stay away.

I mean they sent the shoes… low quality, probably $10 max, also the shoes are green not brown. I’d question if any reviews are real.

Not often you say that about online shopping. Got a charcoal shirt and olive pants, both looked good in photos but feel even better in real life. Stitching's neat, and nothing feels flimsy.

Impossible to return items. Was given an address to send the return to in Dubai which proved to be impossible to deliver to. What a scam. Only buy from this company if you are sure you want to keep items. Now not only down the original cost of the items but another £30 in return shipping costs to an ‘inaccessible address’. Avoid!

Sent me the wrong size. Look way different than what I ordered. The material feels like my little sister made it with cardboard

We ordered a pair of shorts, but it looked nothing like the picture on the website. Very cheap, thin fabric. We returned it, a real hassle, since it had to be sent to Dubai. It also seems like it can’t even be delivered there. So we still haven’t received a refund. Don’t order from here!
