The materials are the cheapest I have ever seen worth like 2 euros. The delivery time is minumum 15 days. I ordred 2 sweaters and 1 shoes(kinda like maison margiela). I am regretting it so much. Just buy sweaters from uniglo or polo ralph lauren.

These guys are a scam. I paid over £50 for linen trousers which were supposed to be tailored fit. When they eventually arrived, the quality was shocking and they were nothing like described, or as the picture was shown. I spent an additional £20 to return the item, and low and behold, the address provided was fake and nobody was in to accept the return! Horrible experience and a bunch of low life individuals.

My 16 year old son ordered items in June for our summer holiday. They never arrived and they won’t give a refund. They said they would reship the order. We have been waiting over 15 weeks. Don’t order and advise your children not to order as they are using sponsored advertising on social media.

Ordered a jacket online, 3 weeks later a jacket arrived! Not the one I ordered however and certainly not the size I ordered. Managed to email someone at Arveilo who replied 3 days later requesting photographs and a video (yes a video) of the item, a further 3 days later I was emailed an address to post the item to the UAE and upon it arriving they would then refund me. It’s been 3 weeks since I sent the jacket. No refund received, emails being answered days later or not at all, demanding proof off postage as the jacket came with no invoice or returns labels, in fact it was just the wrong jacket in the wrong spice in a plastic bag. No labels, no documentation. Avoid this company at all costs

I would go no stars if that was an option. Long delivery, the shoes turned up in a plastic bag so squashed. I thought they looked small and realised they’d sent totally the wrong size. I asked for return and refund details and was asked to send photos as proof. I did this and then was told I had to return to Dubai at my own cost including any taxes, VAT etc. I complained saying it is totally their error so the cost shouldn’t be on me. I was told it would be escalated then no reply. I complained again, no reply. Avoid at all costs, low quality product and very poor customer service

Took 2 weeks to get my card. When it arrived it looked nothing liked the picture online

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. I sent the goods back at a cost of £30 with Royal Mail. They refuse to accept delivery or give me a refund. I have wasted £120 in total now. The clothes are terrible quality. Their website should be shut down.

Tried to return my Arveilo package to the Dubai address that was given to me by customer support. Guess what, it’s a fake address according to the Emirates Post Group. Don’t bother in ordering, and definitely don’t bother trying to return anything.

I ordered based on the size chart provided, but the items were far smaller than the listed measurements.
The fabric and finishing are nowhere near the “premium quality” the website promises.

When I tried to return them, I discovered I’d have to ship the package all the way to Dubai, with the cheapest option from Spain costing around €32—half of the value of the items themselves.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying from this company.

No stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP! Placed an order 20 days ago and has never arrived. Contacted “Arvello” generic email was sent saying they’d respond - finally had a response from someone who said they’d check with the warehouse team and get back to me. A week later and still no response. Had chased for an update. No response. Spent £50 on a pair of jeans for my brothers birthday and fear I will never get the jeans or my money back.

Finally got a response from them they have processed my refund and I have just received it.

Poor quality items, the site says 30day returns,but this is impossible, if you have the wrong size or you need to return anything you have to send it to Dubai, complete scam. I will not buy anything from them ever again.

The jumper I received is nothing like the image on the website - it is synthetic, not wool as advertised, and it has no labels. It is so cheap and nasty. Avoid this company - I wish I’d read these reviews before buying.

I star is generous. Got suckered by social media spin. The clothes are marketed well but upon delivery they are poorly made and nothing like the imagery. My order was incorrect they sent the wrong items. Pursued refund but still nothing.

Stay clear! For the money you pay there are much better reliable retailers out there.

Cancelled my order 30 days ago and still no refund. They will keep replying to you and make up excuses and lie about your refund having progress. I have contacted my bank to dispute the transaction because they stopped answering me.

Terrible. Sizes don’t match and they won’t take back my return. I ordered a size X-large shirt and my cousin who’s an adult small size barely fit him. This company is a complete scam. (DON’T ORDER FROM THEM)

This company is a sham. The goods supplied do not conform with the specifications and are of such poor quality that you would never buy them if you had seen them in person. The website is wholly deceptive. An example is a shirt that was to have been cotton but is polyester. All goods supplied including a pair of shoes are a joke.
The worst part is that when I tried to return the goods they have to go back to Dubai at a cost of £35 as they do not offer any free returns. They were then returned to the UK unopened, no explanation has been provided and no refund has been made.
Do not make the same mistake avoid this company or you will waste your money.

My whole order was wrong!

From sizes to colours everything was wrong, looks like they just grabbed what ever was close. Plus the quality is not worth it. Return is to Dubai which for me is almost as much to return as it was to buy. They shipped from Europe but demand returns to Dubai. The rest of the reviews look like the have been added by arveilo themselves.

we ordered black shoes they arrived after 10 days after that they weren’t accurate size and was shit quality the shoes were smelling so bad of burned plastic i want my refund

If I could give them zero I would! My son ordered jeans from this sham of a company! They arrived weeks after ordering and the the hole to put the button in was not present-upon reporting this I was advised to cut a hole with scissors-i replied I was not happy doing this, and said I would like to exchange or be refunded for them! We were told we would have to pay postage back to Dubai, and despite admitting the goods were defective the best we were offered was a 15% refund!

As they do not have a registered UK office we were not covered by consumer rights protection -please avoid using this company who are only interested in supplying 2nd rate goods, and making a profit for themselves!!!!
