I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Never received 1/2 the order I purchased and what I have received is awful. So disappointed and will report
Them. The worst customer service ever. Robots I think. I am now out lots of money. Don’t buy anything from them ever.

Artvibe Wellness gives horrible customer service. I bought 4 books for my 4 grandchildren and only received 1 paint box and brush. When I contacted AVW, Rose responded with a 15 percent discount refund on my order. Since I wanted each child to have the same paint set, I then paid $45 for 3 more sets. AVW said that they were delivered to me on 2/2 but they were not and Rose - after 11 emails - finally agreed to a refund of the $45 since she could not confirm with the delivery carrier that the items were deiivered to me and told me to watch my credit card for the refund in a few days. After a few days , I contacted AVW again and a different representative told me that I would not be getting a refund. Do NOT order from this company!!! They will cheat you. They have no physical address where I could contact their CEO Horrible company

if I could put less than 1 star I would. I feel as if this was a scam.
The advertised materials were not received. I ordered on 12/9/2025 and received on 1/21/2026. After I contacted them via email.

They frist charged me $107 than changed to $121, when i question where the rest of the order is. They are trying to convice me that i read the description wrong. I did not!!!! This is a scam, and I am reporting to the attorney general of their state!!!!
I asked for a refund and i was told no refund was available. but i could have 30% off of next order.

It has been a month and I haven't received my package yet. They sent me the courrier's email so I could push from my end, but the email box doesnt exist. Scam

The company is a total fraud. It is a scam. They take your money and a month and a half later you have nothing. They show you a fake tracking that never arrives. Go to a real store, this is a scam.

Would give zero if I could. Clearly a scam. Item never arrived and no joy getting a refund.

Package has taken over a month and ships from china. No support of visibility. Multiple support tickets raised with no help. Terrible customer service. Telling me no ability to refund me even though my package is clearly lost. Local courier selection is by far the worst one (probably just cheapest) so no help there. Would not order unless you want to gamble on ever receiving your product. Awful business model - highly disappointed

It took almost 3 months to receive my order. The items I received did not match the pictures or descriptions of what I paid for. I asked to return the order for a full refund, but if I had done so, the return address was in China, and the shipping costs were almost as much as what I paid originally! Do not buy from this company!

I experienced what most reviewers have. This company has false advertising, tries to backpedal their way out of it and is a total scam. I, like others, expected two books with two paint sets but received two books with one paint set. After communicating a few times with 'Rose', I received a promise that another paint set would be sent; never received. Then, after calling them on it, came an offer to give me 30% off a paint set instead. The communications have simply been a bunch of blah blah. Buyer beware!!

⭐ 1 star. Misleading product. I received two poor-quality paint books but only ONE set of paints, despite adverts stating each book included paints. I’ve sent four emails with no response. Unacceptable service.

I ordered complete sets which included brushes and paints. Only received books, no brushes or paints that go with each book. I then tried to email for them to correct this issue and the email was returned. I feel as if this company? has some issues.

As others have said the info is misleading. Bought 2 books for 2 different people, only received one set of paints. Disappointing.

I ordered two sets of the watercolor workbook and paint set. I took a screenshot of my order, which shows and clearly states a workbook and watercolor paint set with brushes, plus a bonus paint set. What arrived was the two workbooks and one paint set. When I emailed customer service, she stated that you only get one paint set, despite ordering more than one book. I pointed out that the order clearly depicted a workbook and paint set. What is the other recipient supposed to paint with?
I also ordered another two "sets" before my first order arrived and haven't received it. She did not care enough to help me with that issue. I am going to dispute the charge for the missing order. The ad is misleading and a scam. Do not order from Art-Vibe Wellness!

My order was not completed, I am missing 4 paint trays and chasing them after over a month waiting. The packaging could not have held 4 paint trays the barely held the books

Spent £95 (Black Friday sale apparently) on an order that when delivered was very disappointing. Contact them straight away about returning for a full refunded and asking how best to return and was sent a further discount code if I wanted to order the items that I should have received within my initial order. For what you pay the products are not worth it, my advice find another supplier!

The adverts and order process are completely misleading. The quality of the albums is so poor I cannot imagine anyone using them and giving them as gifts, i’d be ashamed. Customer support, even though sound apologetic, stop replying after few mails and are useless. In the end received after weeks of waiting only one set of brush/paints per 4 albums ordered instead one a brush and paint with each album as advertised. Not recommending it.

Adverts are misleading, do not buy. I ordered a set as a birthday gift for a friend, but she has never received it, I seem unable to track down the order nor contact the Company in order to chase it up.

Do not buy from this company. Their advertising is completely misleading.I paid £60 for a “bundle “ of 4 sets of watercolour books, paints and brushes. I only got 1 set of watercolours and no brushes at all. I overpaid hugely for the products I received, they’re not worth £60. Don’t waste your money, it’s a complete con.

I never received my products. I have been trying to contact them through email and no response. I would not trust this company!!! It has been over a month!!!!!

Books are great quality but as multiple people have mentioned, wording is very misleading that you are going to get a set of paints per book, and you aren't, you will get one per ORDER. They are aware of this and haven't made any changes. Correspondence was excellent though and I did receive a partial refund for this misleading advertising.
