So far I haven’t been able to lay down because our weather turned too cold for the glues, but the communication and everything was very good and helpful. Thank you so much. I will update as soon as I get it laid down early spring.

Salesperson very helpful sent samples immediately and told me how to "display" samples in different lights so i could see color. Ordering was fine.
I was very disappointed that the transport cost was the same as cost of the grass.
With that in mind I would not order from your company again.

The turf is a quality product, but anyone can buy a quality product. The difference was the installers. The entire crew was courteous, hard working, knowledgable, and left the site clean and immaculate. The experience was stress free and worth every penny.

The moment I contacted ATS someone returned my inquiry. They sent samples of the turf and recommended an installer. I contacted the installer from Blue Dog Construction. He immediately contacted me, came out for an estimate. I highly recommend Charlie, he will take care of you. They did an awesome job!

Needed 40', warehouse gave Installer 30'. Had to wait a week for warehouse to get 40'. Otherwise everything went great.

Getting the delivery was an absolute nightmare. The truck driver didn’t show up at the promised time on the first attempt, and on the second attempt, he arrived way earlier than scheduled—without any notice. He was extremely rude and grumpy, making the experience even worse.

After the installation, we noticed visible lines that look like stripes across the surface, which we assume were caused by an old product that was stored for too long. These lines haven’t gone away, making the turf look terrible. We tried contacting the company twice about this issue but never received any response.

Overall, we’re very disappointed and cannot recommend this company. Terrible service, poor quality product, and nonexistent customer support.

I'm very pleased with your company . The sample box that your representative , Kyle Boyd sent, was very informative, professional and useful. Kyle also answered any questions or calls I had . Very kind representative you have there. He is a keeper! We had to do a DIY Project, because I couldn't afford otherwise. It turned out very good and I'm pleased. I sent Kyle pictures before and after photos. I would recommend your company to everyone.
