Incredible customer service (they don’t use woke expressions like customer success or customer experience)

UK team who chat with you like a friend as well as a valued customer.

Any issues ive had have been sorted within hours or even hours….

Cannot fault them in anyway

Awful company. Everything about my experience Anna was awful from the sign up onwards. Using revolut business instead.

Edit: not sure why Anna’s reply focused on how long it took to sign up? I never once mentioned that was part of my negative experience. Maybe an idea to actually listen or ask why your service is disliked. Anyway, much better experience with revolut. And they gave me £100 for signing up from a referral. Bonus!

Had a fraudster attempt to “reclaim” money from my account which lead to the account being suspended. Initially I was seriously angry that I could only get a “bot” response but shortly after Anna got in touch to explain what the situation was and how it could be rectified.

Their team was brilliant letting me know exactly what was needed and i got that to them.
48 hours later (mainly due to the senders bank not working weekends) I was contacted to say that the claim was invalid and that the account was functioning as normal.

Top marks to their customer service team who were on this straight away and for the swift rectification. Even responding at 5am 💪🏻💪🏻

I recently closed down my limited company account and opened up a sole trader account with ANNA.
The company are incredibly responsive to issues Enquiries and their online customer service is the best I have experienced. It’s rapid. It’s informative and full of easy understandable links.
The charges are reasonable and the application and operational process are pretty straightforward subject of course to the normal checks
Having had a lot of experience with different businesses over the years and different banks and financial institutions I can thoroughly recommend this company if you have a limited company or sole trader business account needs

They are the best! The best support team!

Very responsive on customer chat especially when I had a fraud/ scam attempt. Was handled within minutes. Much faster than my traditional ‘high street’ bank. The business tools and ability to make invoices and track VAT etc is very handy as a small business. Making payments etc also very efficient and easy. Overall a consistently good experience despite teething problems when I initially joined during Covid with onerous KYC that saw my account frozen with customer money in it for several months and cost a thousand pounds in lawyers letters to ANNA, to get unblocked. Given I couldn’t even get a bank account set up during Covid in scheme of things this was not too bad in retrospect although stressful at time!

I have been using ANNA bank for a few years now and have found their service fantastic. Great banking for a small business.
