They couldn't help me with renewing my subscription
I enjoy my membership with Ancestry and I am soon finishing my 1st year. I was ready to renew when saw the 50% sale offer in my email. Since I was out of the country and not able to get my email until today, I realized I am 2 days late for the sale. Calling customer service confirmed that they could not renew my subscription at the sale price. I'm afraid I will need to let my subscription lapse. So sad.
