Took more than 2 days but great customer care

Initially the product didn’t arrive within 2 days, as promised. However, AN did send it to the carrier on time and there’s carrier didn’t deliver in the agreed time.
I was impressed by how it was dealt with. I received a call directly immediately when they were notified (on a Saturday) and then by Monday morning the item arrived.
A great example of the value of buying from a smaller business that will speak with you directly. Will definitely look to order electronic products from them again.

Thank you very much for your order. We sincerely apologise for the delay. Your parcel left us the night before and was scheduled to arrive on the day it was marked as dispatched, which was within our two-day delivery period. Unfortunately, we were not informed by the courier of any delays.

Super happy with my new phone

Super happy with my new phone, I received my item in 7 days from the day I ordered.
I will definitely use AN electronics again for the future buys. Joe is responding to the emails fast and is very helpful for any queries you have. I can't recommend them enough
