I have been a client of Alpha Global Wealth since 2017 and am very satisfied with the service and advice received. All questions are handled promptly, they are readily available to meet to review my investments, and they listen to my needs.

I was hesitant to meet James at first as I already had an existing advisor from a large company here in Switzerland. Nevertheless, I agreed to meet and James reviewed my plans. The performance never matched my expectations which were set out by my original adviser. James confirmed my suspicions. I was 'advised' before to invest into the own companies range of products and over the years one of the funds called UAM had been frozen and liquidated and I lost that money. Since then I had more than 70% invested in their GAM range of funds which haven't performed well, only to now find out they had 3% pa fees.

James explained everything in great detail with total transparency and took the time to listen to my concerns and future aspirations. I am now far better invested in a larger more diverse portfolio, which now truly represents my strategy and risk tolerance.

I can highly recommend to anyone that has existing investments to meet with the James.
