Ordered a patch that was “in stock” on the website, had an email saying they were out of stock, found a similar patch in a different colour that also said they were “ in stock” had another email saying that was also out of stock, had a refund yet 3 days later still showing as “in stock” on the website

Thought I was purchasing my dream weapon to find it had sold out and awaited a week to find out! Wasn’t until I called, to find they had sold out but quick refund was issued! Bad rating only because they could off communicated earlier to tell me they where out of stock rather then waiting a week to find out!

I don’t want to sound like a Karen but I didn’t really like the website. They have a good selection but not much is in stock. Sometimes, it shows that the item is in stock but it actually isn’t. It is also unclear whether it is in stock or not. The selection of goggles was mostly out of stock. They also don’t tell you that it is out of stock until you pay for it and therefore, you have to choose a different item or get a refund. It’s hassle and they should try to make their system closer to Patrol base (where it is much clearer). On the other hand, I was impressed by the speed at which the customer service replied. No problems there. The lady was friendly enough and helpful. The issue with the website is the only thing that brings the company down.

I'm not sure if I've been scammed or not. If I don't hear back by mid July I'll be reporting to my Credit Card company and putting a dispute against them and red flag them as frauders.
