Great in communicating but the website saying that stuff are in stock and when you checkout, your invoice is saying that,its been put on hold, becaus they do not have the item in stock,just a bit annoying, but have had success in the past

Customer service very unprofessional, no response for emais. After the purchase you find out about some additional costs, not mentioned before.

Received my order very quick which is good but what the items ended up being wrong so l emailed them about returning them and as of yet I’ve not herd anything back from them which I find very unprofessional of them so for this reason I won’t be using them again

Experience, from ordering months ago, stock issues, mistakes made.
They’ve been doing this a long time, and it shows (not in a good way).

The communication is awful and so is the website and stock tracking. They need reviving, unfortunately I won’t use again.

This was my first time going to Airsoft direct and I was so happy with my visit. Great staff who are willing to offer advice and support with questions asked. This applied for me as I asked for help with my first pistol and the staff member offered great advice with what options there were. In the end, I spent over £200 and will definitely be returning many more times in the future. Highly highly recommend!
