This company is a scam, stay far and wide, No suport, no way to cancel or Change a booking. Ripped me off for 2200 myr. The will be out of business soon. You have been warned Absolute Scamed
Update: Aipaz has since claimed they reviewed my file and sent me an Email, so here is the same problem no email was ever received, just like the start zero support, false advertising and a complete SCAM.

This is a third party website that has cleverly managed to position itself in search results as though its the primary portal. It's like buying an easyjet flight via a third party for a lot more money and with less protection.
airasia.com is the correct website.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked online thinking I was booking Air Asia and got fooled into booking flight with Air Paz. I paid insurance to protect my flights if I wanted to cancel. Airline cancellled the flight and instead of a refund I get a travel credit and I cannot even use my insurance. BEWARE do not book with Airpaz!!!

⚠️DONT BOOK AIRPAZ!⚠️ 🛑
You will get lured with low price gimmick but once you check out it adds ungodly amount of processing fee!
My flight got cancelled; I submitted refund request. The came up with a policy to click "approve request" link which means you agree to another layer of T&C that they created so they dont have to refund you cash or original form of payment. Idiocracy!
My mistake was booking with this stupid agency thinking it was an airasia web. I will tell all my friends/coworkers/ and anyone else on social media to not use this deceptive website.
Disputed with my credit card company. Watch out, Airpaz!!!!

Booked flight which I had to change. Cannot change online, have to submit request. Request is denied less than 48h before departure saying new flight is sold out...which its factually not. Can book it on Air Asia website. Also cannot change less than 48h before departure unless airline delays flight... knew none of this. They basically waiting until it was too late to be able to move the booking to deny it. Avoid like the plague. My bad, I actually thought it was the airline website. It's spammed all over my google search. Lesson learned. Never again

❌ AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Deceptive Practices and Total Lack of Integrity
Rating: ⭐ (1/5 – I wish I could give zero)
If you are considering booking through Airpaz, do yourself a favor and run the other way. This portal is a nightmare, and their business practices are borderline fraudulent.
Here is what happened:
Last-minute chaos: Just over a month before our trip, they notified us that our flight was canceled and our return flight was shifted by an entire day, ruining our travel plans.
The Refund Trap: In their official communication, they explicitly stated we could choose between a "Voucher" or a "Full Refund." We naturally requested a full refund.
The Bait and Switch: After we submitted the request, they did a complete 180. They emailed us claiming that their "internal policy" does not allow cash refunds, only vouchers.
It is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. You cannot offer a refund option during the process and then claim it's against your "policy" once the customer asks for their money back. They are hiding behind "internal rules" to ignore basic consumer rights.
Final Warning: Do not be fooled by their prices. They are scammers who will hold your money hostage with useless vouchers. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline or a reputable agency.
STAY AWAY!
A few tips for your situation:
Credit Card Chargeback: Since they are refusing a refund for a service not rendered, contact your bank immediately to initiate a chargeback. Provide the screenshot where they offered a "Full Refund" and then the email where they denied it.
Legal Standing: Under most international aviation regulations (like EU 261/2004 if the flight touches Europe), you are legally entitled to a cash refund if the flight is canceled. "Internal policy" does not override the law.

I booked my flights through Airpaz, but one of the flights was cancelled due to airline operational reasons. The email I received clearly states that I am eligible for a full refund to my original payment method. However, I have not been able to reach anyone from Airpaz. I called customer service, but no one answered, and I also emailed but have not received any response. This lack of communication is extremely concerning. If I do not receive a clear response and confirmation of my refund soon, I will proceed with filing an official complaint and reporting this matter as a potential fraudulent business practice.

my experience for 24,000,000 VND.
*Timeline of Issues:*
1. For over two weeks, I have submitted multiple date change requests through your system. Every single date I selected was marked "not available" with no alternative options provided.
2. Today, April 24, 2026, at 19:12, I canceled my flight through your platform.
3. At 19:15, only 3 minutes later, I received an automated email stating I could "send my new dates." This is contradictory and unacceptable.

I booked an Air Asia flight unbeknown to me through Airpaz. I thought I was booking through AA. The airline cancelled our flight home and rescheduled us on a flight at 1 am two days later.
Aipaz made no effort to communicate that to us and we had to accept the shitty 1 am flight and find accommodation for an extra night and a half. The insurance company did pay out, but the lack of coms was unacceptable.
Be careful when booking with this 3rd party.

Really bad experience, they use another email with my booking instead of what I provided. I cant access my boarding pass and manage my booking since I need to login thru the airlines site using the email they use which I dont have the credentials. I contacted the customer support multiple times and I don't get the support I needed and agents jut gave me unreasonable answers which frustrates me more. Never again

Hi, due to my urgency, I when down to the Airpaz office to hopefully they can confirm me the CA970 flight is cancelled.
To my surprise the registration Airpaz address is not there n when I asked the lady they said is confidential!!!!!!
I send a request for changing meal, they told me they can’t do and I have to
Contact Air china for the change.
So what is the point we paid Airpaz n get no support at all.
Total issue I have for my trip is
Over charging me for luggage’s
Can’t change my meal n
Best is the airline already cancelled My flight CA970 but Airpaz don’t know about it
When asked for cancellation they declined me.
But didn’t take any responsibility for the my flight cancellation or even help to change my flight.
Theirs company is not in Singapore, they are base in Jakarta n Philippines so pls don’t use this Airpaz app even if the promotion or given attractive or cheaper deal. Don’t buy it cos they got too many hidden charges n irresponsible n not helpful at all.
After u buy tickets from them u will regret it.
That’s is my sharing for others not to go through what i went through
I bought tickets on February n till now May I still haven’t get my problem solve.
I just contacted them n they let me wait for an hours n end of the day my flight already cancelled but they still tell me my flight is on schedule.
Luckily I screenshot all the conversation.
If I missed my flight I will claim everything including of missing my flight, luggage’s, my time and all my schedule and things that I already paid for my whole trip for 14 days to small claims.
Thy cut me off 4 times not letting me communicate to them. They mute me my time at their App n didn’t solve my flight issue.
For my baggage claim if I never get it back n lead me to no choice I will make a police report against them.
Pls help to share n encounter issue to many not to have the same mistake I have buying tickets with with very very lousy App I come across.
Don’t get tricked by them n suffered like me.
They can’t even do a special meal request for
u like any others app like trip.com or Agoda .com n their customer service is suck.
Never never trust them again.
Waited for 1 hours with no solution.

Shocking incompetence and lack of accountability from this company. Sold a flight ticket as one that could be rescheduled. Rejected my initial reschedule request on the grounds that the flight was fully booked. Requested two other dates, received the same response from Airpaz. Checked and the flights are all almost empty - then they blamed the airline's system, but the airline confirmed the change should be possible on Airpaz's end. They continue to refuse to reschedule or refund. Cannot honour the terms of what they sell, and their customer support team, the only avenue of communication, will desperately avoid explaining anything, quickly closing the chat in the process.

Very bad and unreliable company. Booked direct flights from Singapore to Bali. Only same day, I found out that they booked me over Kuala Lumpur which would have cost me almost a whole day of traveling and re-arranging my flight schedule.
I had to cancel everything and book a direct flight with Singapore airlines for tripple the price as very last minute.
The company refused to give me a refund. Will consult a lawyer who will handle it. Strongly recommend not to book via Airpaz!!!

Advertised the fare as reschedulable but want to charge more than the original ticket to do so and more than a new ticket. The airline charges to reschedule plus penalty were around RM117, Airpaz was RM232.

The airline cancelled the flight, so I requested a refund over Airpaz. I specifically called the customer service asking, whether I will get the money refunded on my card. Turns out the customer service lied and I have now an E-Voucher to exclusively rebook through Airpaz - instead of refunded money. What a Scam! I strongly advise against booking flights or hotels through Airpaz.

yup, they are horrible. In my more naive days I thought they were an airline, so booked with them a few times. But I had to cancel one of my flights a year ago, I'm sitting on a credit which I cannot use because their web site has been down for a week. I'd like to give them ZERO stars.

When I requested for refund I provided my bank account for cash refund but Airpaz denied refunding in cash and forced a refund voucher on me. How can Airpaz deny customers right for a cash refund and why did it even bother to ask for my bank account details?
The refund voucher is single-use only and is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Any remaining balance cannot be redeemed as cash or claimed for another refund.
This is the email from Airpaz on 7 April2026

I bought an Economy Flexible ticket on Airpaz because their page clearly said: "Free Refund if cancelled 24h before departure". I requested a refund more than one month before departure – fully complying with their policy.
Result: I paid 2,378 AED for the return ticket. I only received 453 AED back (just 19%). No breakdown or explanation of the deduction.
Airpaz blamed the airline, saying they "proceed based on the airline's policy". But I paid Airpaz directly, not the airline. I never saw any airline rules at purchase.
Airpaz still has not provided any breakdown or responded properly.
Every one of us must take up legal weapons to fight for our rights!I will never tolerate this platform treating consumers like fools with such blatant scamming.
Legal actions I've taken:
1.Bank chargeback – Select "goods/services not as described"
2.Central Bank Sanadak platform – If your bank mishandles your dispute, complain against the central bank
3.Report to Dubai DED / Dubai Consumer. Category: Misleading advertising / Service not as described
4.UAE Ministry of Economy
