They did not sent my order or refund me my money!

They did not bother to sent my order. I wrote asking for them to confirm it had been sent as I needed it for a trip I was going on. They confirmed it had all been sent. Three weeks later nothing had arrived and no tracking provided. I wrote several more times - no reply to my emails. In the end I complained via Paypal, Shortly after I requested a full refund they then wrote saying " we are sending it tomorrow". Even though I asked for a refund... So far no money back and no items. Avoid them.
