DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ITS SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES!!! (AND THERE ARE MANY) After much research they go under the following names: M&M Maintenance aka Marks Maintenance (DO NOT CONFUSE THIS with a reputable business online "Marks Maintenance Gardening and Landscaping"). M&M Maintenance is also Marks Maintenance owned by Mr Gupta (always on holiday in India spending your hard earned cash. He has several companies under his umbrella and uses existing reputable company names but just changes the order of the name. You can confirm what I am writing as each website is designed in the same way and the chat function goes through to the same call centre whether you are requiring a service in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth. The employees are all very obviously Indian and have names like Ash, Ron, Kate, Leanne, Richard Bolt, Brian Foster, Zack Snyder, Anna, Stella, Clifford, Ben etc. SO DO NOT BE FOOLED.

The company names are:

Pesticopestcontrolsydney, pesticopestcontrolmelbourne,
greenpestshield.com.au,
acepestcontrol.com.au,
femalechoicepestcontrol.com.au, peterspestcontrol.com.au,
pantherpestcontrol.com.au,
arrowexterminating.com.au

and there are more including cleaning companies.

If you ring any of these companies, you will go through to the same call centre (most likely in India). They then send out unqualified, unexperienced low paid immigrant workers with no licenses to undertake your job. You will need to pay upfront. This is the biggest mistake you will make. You will most likely be dissatisfied with the job and you will have to leave it there, they will not call you back or give you a satisfactory solution. The call centre employees read from a script "we understand, we are sorry etc etc". You WILL NOT receive a satisfactory solution to your problem.

Yes I admit, I didn't do my research as I just wanted to get my problem sorted which is why I am putting this warning out. There are many reviews and I should have seen them. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP.

The advice from Fair Trading, if you have been ripped off by this company, is to log it with them as the more evidence they get, they can then do something about it and prevent them from having/opening companies up in Australia. Mr Gupta must be wise to this which is why there are so many different companies with similar names to existing reputable companies.

Don't take my word for it, JUST READ OTHER REVIEWS AND DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH - You can spot the fake reviews as they really aren't that clever at making up names to go with them.

This is probably the only real review you'll see for these guys here. Honestly, the worst experience I've had with a services company. Ace Pest Control is actually one of their numerous website fronts, they are actually Frank's Maintenance. If you find reviews of Frank's Maintenance, you'll see how their customers really feel! We engaged them after ringing around and finding them the best price and they could come out the same day. We explained to them in detail what was wrong - rats under the house and mice I the kitchen - and what sort of house we had, and they told us it would be $300 to treat our situation. The technician came out that afternoon while I was out, inspected and then said it would actually be $350. My wife accepted the increase and he got to work. He then came back with an invoice for $880!! I have spoken with them to understand why the price increase, and they said that the phone quote is not binding. Clearly they don't understand that a quote is binding unless there are incorrect assumptions made. Unfortunately for them, they were aware of all of the circumstances when providing the quote. Unfortunately for us, they didn't care. My advice is not to trust them at all and steer very clear! Oh and do your own research on Frank's Maintenance to see if the other reviews here ring true.

Johnny from this company was fantastic. He let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He inspected the property and then went about with the spraying. Thanks a lot!
