Hurtigt og billigt!

Jeg fandt et billig spil, som var cirka 100-150 kr. billigere end i Danmark (inklusiv levering). Jeg tog chancen og bestilte det en mandag. Om torsdagen lå det i min postkasse. Billigt, let og hurtigt.

Just Amazing

Shopto is just amazing everything its next day. Hardware next day by courier for free. Support is amazing as well. My controller for Xbox One has issues but because it was limited edition they have to replace whole console bundle but believe it or not replacement only took 1 day. Yes 1 day !!! Just amazing company

EXCELENT I cannot praise them enough!

Well I ordered my son a ps4 on credit in the very early hours of the morning and went to bed, but when I woke up and checked the account I had found I had accidentally ordered the old ps3 (I was unaware it just looked like a good price) and I panicked about being stuck with it so I message the customer service and within minutes they had refunded my credit and were ready to change the order to the ps4!

But that excellent service didn't end there as I had noticed I could actually afford to pay up front for a ps4 (and my son said he wants to buy it himself after my blunder) so I asked if I could get a refund because I did not need the finance anymore and within 5 minutes I had a reply that It had been cancelled and I would even be getting my deposit back!!!

They have also never let my other son down with delivering games and console's on time even though we live in the highlands of Scotland

Great prices a good selection and the best customer service I have received in as long as i can remember!

Horrible customer service

Ordered a game 2 weeks before Xmas as a present, bear in mind that I've ordered from shopto, loyally, for years. This time I didn't get the usual photo email / mms to say it had been dispatched and the game didn't arrive within the usual day or two.

After a week I guessed it hadn't been sent, so I contacted customer services to request a replacement in time for Xmas and was told that I had to wait 15 working (21 actual) days before they would even discuss a replacement (the game was £22 and I'd spent a fortune on 360 games in the previous years). I appealed to their spirit of good customer service, which is apparently non-existent, and even quoted distance selling legislation, where they'd quoted two day delivery and it was now 10 days and it obviously wasn't coming.

But rather than look after a regular, loyal, paying customer, they closed my account when they refunded me after a drawn out returns process. Because I'd said I could use visa chargeback for a refund and not have to post a hand signed form to their head office.

Never mind, I just preordered my Xbox One Titanfall bundle from Game instead and Zavvi have better pre order prices on games.

What happened, shopto.net? I thought you had my back like I had yours? I thought we were bro's for life, then I ask one little favour and you drop me like we never meant nothin. Now I see you for what you really are. You cold.

WOW!!

I ordered a game at 12:19PM yesterday. Two minutes later at 12:21 I was sent an email with a photo of my game already packed in my addressed jiffy bag LOL!!!

I thought it was a joke at first?

Received my game first thing this morning - lowest price I could find and free 1st class delivery.

The only thing was that it got sent to my home address instead of my work address but that didn't matter on this occasion.

Will deffo be using again! :)

Failed to deliver!

I have just my account closed and been made to feel like a criminal! my account has been closed due to a high claim rate, I bought a PS4 which they delivered, of course then i want a number of new things to go with my new console so i went back to Shopto thinking they were great. Only one issue!! the items didn't arrive. so i went through the lost parcel claim which seemed to work fine only to be told they won't be issuing a replacement and will instead be closing my account!!

I will never ever use them again and i am in the process of speaking trading stanards about how i have been treated. I used to love them but now advise everyone to steer clear!

terrible customer service

i have been unable to log into my account for 9 days now , tried the password reset link which tells me i can now log in but still no success. numerous messages to shopto.net have had no response now my emails are bouncing back as undeliverable, starting to suspect the company has gone out of business, no one ever responds to messages on facebook etc ,they have my money for a game that i have proof was returned a week ago ,i have no way of accessing my account to check the return has been processed or place new orders (not that i would bother now! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !

Very bad experience

I had a very bad experience with shopto. A site i will never shop from again.
I live in Denmark and had pre-ordered a PS4 from shopto. When i pre-ordered it I called shopto to hear if it would be a problem to ship the console to Denmark. I was told that it would not be a problem, and they would ship the PS4 the day before the release date. I double checked this by writing to their costumer service, and they confirmed that it wouldn't be a problem. So i was looking forward to my PS4. Two weeks before the release i got a mail saying that all accessories and games bought with the console would be shipped in the same box as the PS4, so i bought Battlefield 4.
Then the launch of the PS4 came around and I was looking forward to receive my PS4, but nothing happened. I received an email saying that Battlefield had been shipped but no info on the Playstation. I tried to call costumer service but the phones were down. I then send an email to costumer service to ask about the console. Six days later i received an email back saying that my order has been canceled because they can't ship to Denmark... I wrote back to tell them my frustration about this. If I had known this a month before the release, I would have bought it in Denmark. But now the console is sold out all over the country and i can first get one in february.. I received my game but i can't use a game without a console so i told them i would like to return the game and my money back, but they have not answered this request.. Im very disappointed and i have wasted my money on a game i can't use. Thanks a lot shopto..

I used to love these guys, I really did, but they have shocked me with their terrible customer service

I genuinely loved these guys. I have been a loyal gold member for 5 years and have spent almost £4000 in that time. Usually, any issue I have come up against has been dealt with quickly and happily.

Until yesterday.

I pre-ordered a generous Xbox One launch pack from them back in July. On Friday DPD lost the parcel and confirmed that it was missing to both myself and Shopto.

The following Monday I phone shopto in the morning and am told that they are waiting for DPD to confirm that the parcel is indeed missing and they will get me a replacement out that same day. Brilliant I thought, good job shopto.

I phone again at 2pm. They still haven't heard from DPD, so I explicitly asked the question: "ok, so two things can happen right? DPD find it and deliver it to me tomorrow or they don't find it and you send out a replacement tomorrow. Either way I get one tomorrow. Right?". The guy I spoke to (who subsequently turned out to be one of the managers) said "YES, that's exactly it".

Ok, cool. I could rest easy, all is in hand.

At 5pm, I haven't received a confirmation that anything had been done, so I phoned again.

ALL CHANGE.

"Sorry sir, we cannot issue a replacement until the DPD investigation is complete. This will take at least 3 working days".

Hang on. What? What happened?

This discussion went on for half an hour. Apparently there was a new policy from upper management THAT VERY AFTERNOON that insisted that replacements and refunds cannot happen until the full investigation has finished. DPD have confirmed it is missing, but as the customer I now have to wait while DPD and shopto argue about what they are going to do for each other. This is a disgrace.

Any other company would have issued a replacement on Monday morning, keeping the customer away from any internal investigation, but no, I have to suffer because their choice of courier lost my parcel.

I insisted on speaking to a manager and one wasn't available. I insisted on seeing this new policy as I was sure they cant just add policies without informing the customer, none were forthcoming. I asked to speak to the guy who had misinformed me earlier, he wasn't available. IN FACT, he turned out to be the same manager that had now become unavailable for me to speak to.

So, sorry Shopto. I am *this* close to never using you again and spreading the word on just how you treat your loyal customers. I will be speaking to them again today and will be delighted to amend the review if they change their stance, but I doubt they will.

Best Gaming Store on the Web!

I have ordered over 7 items from Shopto since I found the site and not once have they failed to impress me. They have delivered the majority of my items before the actual release date, with one or two being delivered on the release date, which is amazing. Their track record for me is quality, they really do work their hardest to please their customers and give them the best shopping experience for gaming. They also send you a photo of your product packed with your name and address on it, which is also a nice touch.

I really recommend Shopto to any gamer who likes to buy their gaming products online.

Top notch

I hadn't ordered from ShopTo for ages, but they're still as good as I remember.

I had to update some details on my account and when I went to complete my order the website kept throwing an error. I gave them a call at about 14:00 and the guy I spoke to sorted it all out within a few minutes. I then received my order the next morning.

If only all companies were this efficient.

slow customer service

I have to leave a 2 star review following a recent purchase via my mobile phone on the shopto website, I recently tried to order an xbox live 12 month deal with free games and according to my phone the order never went through so I tried 3 times and each time it never went through so I gave up. A few days later 3 turned up so I was a little annoyed it took quite a few phone calls and messages to get it rectified with bronze points missing etc. Was eventually sorted though.

Won't use another website for game purchases again

I've used Shop To twice now for the pre order and subsequent purchase of games after having late delivery issues with Amazon and they haven't disappointed at all. No problems whatsoever, will always be playing the game I ordered on the day of the games release (at bare minimum)
