Spedito un pacco da Hong Kong in Sardegna, arrivato in una settimana precisa; uno smartphone dal prezzo eccellente (50 euro in meno degli altri store online) ; assistenza pronta e cortese, risposte rapidissime. Se all'inizio ero un pò scettico su questo sito mi son dovuto ricredere! Grazie Valuebasket :))))))

REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY

Bought a speaker Jambox Big on 30/12/14, since then have not received my purchase. From status it showed that item was shipped on 20 of Feb but on 21 if shows that item was requested back to the sender. After 21 of Jan have called many times asking for refund on my purchase, every time I am told that "...we still have not received any information from our relevant department on this matter."

Its been 42 days since the order, and 20 days since I am requesting refund. So from obvious fact it looks they are are fraud and refusing to refund my money. Will be contacting bank and google for fraud if not refunded after tomorrows call.

cambio di opinione

AGGIORNAMENTO: Il telefono è arrivato dopo 3 settimane dall'ordine.
In realtà è stato sempre comunicato tutto in tempo reale e il pacco perfettamente tracciabile e perfettamente imballato.
Per cui posso dire di avere solo pazienza perchè secondo me stanno cercando di migliorare il sistema.
Comunque a questi prezzi vale bene l'attesa.
Dovrebbero solo evitare di promettere quello che nel 90 % dei casi non riescono a mantenere (spedizione in 10 gg)


Ordinato il 27/01/2014 uno smartphone LG G2 D802 32GB attirato dal prezzo decisamente conveniente e cercando di non farmi influenzare dai giudizi negativi.
Speravo di poter dare un giudizio positivo ma sto cominciando a ricredermi!!!!!
Sul mio account di Valuebasket stanno cominciando ad apparire troppi messaggi di scuse per il ritardo nella spedizione....peccato che però i soldi li hanno prelevati in tempo reale......
Eppure il prodotto mi è stato dato come immediatamente disponibile......
Per il momento 2 stelle.....perchè non mantengono quanto promesso per la spedizione.
AGGIORNAMENTO del 11/02/2014: Dopo poche ore dalla pubblicazione della mia opinione sono stato contattato via mail dal supporto. Si sono scusati del ritardo in quanto ultimamente hanno troppi ordini da gestire e stanno implementando un sistema più efficace di gestione degli ordini. Mi sa tanto di risposta preimpostata. Staremo a vedere........

Sans espoir service

1. J'attendais tres longtemps pour livraison! 4 semaines ce plus que "7-10 jours"!
2. Mon smartfon est abimee. J'attendais 6 jours (c'est vraiment longtemps) pour savoir comme je peux l'envoyer en réparation.
3. Enfin, j'ai envoye le colis. C'etait 16 janvier... 30 janvier j'ai demande "avez-vous bien recu mon colis?" Apres 21 heures ils m'ont repondu, que ils ne l'ont pas recu!
4. Nous sommes 10 fevrier. Ils ne l'ont pas recu encore. Ils ne sont pas interesse de s'occupper cet cas. Ils me toujours informent "Nous vous informons que nous n'avons pas encore reçu le retour de votre produit . Restez assurée ,nous reviendrons dès que possible avec plus des informations."

C'est n'est pas possible de contacter par telephone ou par live-chat. Seulement "lest tickets" ou il faut attendre 1 jour pour chaque reponse!

Je vous conseille de ne pas utiliser cette société!

Le seul superman du net c'est VALUEBASKET

Vraiment étonné de la rapidité à laquelle mon colis a été livré. De plus mon colis contant un objectif était super sécurisé pour le transport. Le matériel livré est super nickel. Je vous recommande donc le meilleur des fournisseurs du net : ValueBasket.

ESTAFA

El 25 de Agosto de 2013 realice el pedido de una Tablet Nexus 10 32GB por 419€, hoy 10 de Febrero de 2014 sigo sin tablet y sin dinero.

Despues de ponerme en contacto con VALUEBASKET a traves de la web en numerosas ocasiones para pedir la cancelacion del pedido primero y el reembolso del dinero despues he acabado poniendo una reclamacion en el Centro Europeo del Consumidor y una denuncia en la comisaria de la Policia Nacional por ESTAFA.

Previamente pedi la devolucion a Visa a traves de mi banco, pero Visa por haber pasado mas de (creo que) 90 dias desde el pago ni siquiera se molesto en tramitar mi peticion.

Despues de cada uno de los correos de que he enviado al servicio post-venta de VALUEBASKET a traves de su web he recibido un correo de respuesta muy atento e impersonal que yo juraria que es una respuesta automatica.

OJO, NO DEJEIS QUE OS ESTAFEN!!!

Ne soyez sutout pas pressé !

J'ai commandé un appareil photo reflex le 27/01/2014 , expédition annoncée sur la site entre 2 et 4 jours,
Aprés le 4eme jour comme rien ne bougeait j'ai envoyé un message pour avoir une date de livraison précise que je n'ai pas obtenu et j'en envoie 1 tout les 2 jours pour lesquels je reçois des réponses d'excuses convenues.
J' hésite entre incompétence ou mensonges sur les stocks affichés ,toujours est il que cette entreprise joue avec l'argent débité de suite après la commande et les nerfs de ses clients.
J'attend encore un peu avant d annuler la commande ,j'ai besoin de l'appareil pour mi-mars et lorsque je vois certaines expériences de consommateurs je ne suis même pas sur de l'avoir à temps.

3 jours après malgré la réponse du service client à mon avis je n'ai pas été contacté.

j'ai rajouté 1 étoile ,pour le prix .
il y a 3jours :message pour s'excuser du retard "Bonjour

Cependant, nous tenons à vous assurer que votre bon de commande est suivie de près par nous. La commande a déjà été mis à niveau vers Livraison express et dès que la commande a été expédiée, la livraison est prévue pour arriver dans la journée ou deux. Un courriel sera envoyé pour confirmation et pour surveiller la livraison.

Encore une fois, nos plus sincères excuses pour les retards et les désagréments causés.

En attendant, si vous avez d'autres questions, s'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à nous contacter."
4 heures aprés mail de Chronopost international m'avisant que mon colis pouvait être livré le lendemain!
Colis très bien emballé et protégé.
Notice en anglais (mais téléchargeable sur le site constructeur),prise européenne.par contre aucun documents pour accompagner la livraison ,pas de BL ,pas de facture,pas de bon de garantie international Du constructeur.
Finalement rassuré après presque 3 semaines.

Rispetta i tempi, il materiale è perfetto, assolutamente consigliato.

Prima di acquistare da valuebasket avevo cercato alcune recensioni, e stavo per rinunciare all'acquisto a causa delle valutazioni negative trovate su questo sito. Poi mi sono detto che il gioco poteva valere la candela.
La merce è arrivata, perfetta, nei tempi previsti e senza problemi nè oneri aggiuntivi. Tutti quelli che si lamentano, hanno cercato di annullare, cambiare, sostituire le cose.
La questione è semplice: un sito di quel genere, per funzionare correttamente, ha volumi di affari mostruosi, quindi è molto schematico ed inquadrato. Le variazioni comportano problemi, tempo, fatica.
E' sufficiente avere chiaro in mente cosa si vuole, chiederlo e pagarlo. Quello arriva.
Sarebbe meglio se certi consumatori incapaci di avere chiaro anche solo ciò che vogliono, smettessero di dare valutazioni stupide ed astruse ad un'azienda che funziona, con tutti i suoi limiti (son pur sempre cinesi), ma funziona.

Io volevo prendere uno Smarphone visto il prezzo ok preso, poi o mandato un email dicendo se era possibile cambiare l'oggetto da 16 GB a 32 ovviamente pagando la differenza. Loro invece cosa hanno fatto mi hanno bloccato l'ordine mandandomi un'email chiedendomi se lo volessi ancora 16 o 32, vista la prassi che hanno loro cioè nn è che ti facevano pagare la differenza ma bensì dovevi disdire tutto e rifare tutto da capo .Allora io le ho risposto che lo volevo quindi di nuovo tutto da capo dopo 4 settimane l'ordine era ancora in mano lo ed io il telefono l'ho dovuto comprare da un'altra parte per colpa loro, perché io in un email le avevo detto che se entro il venerdì non lo inviavano lo avrei disdetto e chissà cosa hanno capito Loro ed ben pensato di disdirlo. Senza avvisarmi e così io il Lunedì vado a vedere sul mio profilo ed mi trovo ordine disdetto senza preavviso e senza mia richiesta. quindi si sono tenuti gli interessi dei soldi 4 settimane ed io a mani vuote, ciao a tutti.

ALL PERFECT!

Having read about problems with valuebasket, specifically regarding the shipping, I emailed to their support and asked if it was possible to pay through Paypal; they told they do that only over $1000, but very kindly they let me use Paypal with a $724 purchase. I asked them about extra fees and I was told that there was none, and in the case, they would give the extra money back. I knew that "2-4 days delivery" was impossible so they could be more precise about that, but I received my item today, after 2 weeks from the order, with a perfect packaging and no extra fees. I contacted them 3 times and every time they answered very kindly satisfying all my questions, in my language (italian). So I don't have any complain about valuebasket, apart the fact that they could be more bright about the delivery times. My advise is to wait after placing an order, and not to be frightened if the times are longer, they will ship the item for sure. Second advise: after placing an order, DON'T CANCEL IT, otherwise you would only create problems to yourself. I found them very very kind when I emailed them, and so...... FIVE STAR RATING!!!!
P.S. By the way, I spared more than $100 buying from them

Absolutely Ridiculous, very disappointed! £355 out of pocket!!

Do not use Value Basket, they take your money, don't provide goods and don't refund your money. I purchased a camera on the 20/01/14, the next day I recieved an email saying that I needed to send a copy of a recent utility bill to verify my identity. I though this sounded a bit strange as I have never been asked to do anything like that by any online retailer so I immediately searched for reviews of value basket and after sifting through the fake 5 star reviews (most likely put there by value basket) you come across the real reviews of terrible service and fraud.

I immediately emailed value basket, asking to cancel my order and get a full refund. They then sent me countless emails, trying to get me to continue with my order and that they didn't need a utility bill anymore and that I had passed the security checks. After a few blunt emails from me they eventually agreed to refund me.

I didn't hear anything for a few days and emailed them numerous times and they just send automated responses, full of lies designed to stall you and buy time. I immediately contacted my bank, went in and talked to a representative and gave them copies of the countless emails full of lies from value basket.

On the 20/01/14 after sending emails to value basket telling them that I had informed my bank of the matter I recieved an email from value basket saying that my refund had been sent. Finally I though I might get my money back, they say it can take up to 7 days. I kept checking my account every day and surprise surprise, no refund. I emailed them to ask what was going on, and they just said my refund was complete and it should be in my account and that it might be a problem at the banks end! I forwarded the messages to my bank and they have now launched an investigation.

Value basket are now ignoring both me and my bank. I have been emailing every single day and called customer service numerous times, which by the way is a complete joke and all I have been told is that the matter has been escalated and that Ill receive a message when it is escalated! I don't want to know when it is escalated, I want my money back!

I recieved an email yesterday from a separate company (value baskets payment gateway) asking me to sign up, make an account with them and provide my bank details in order to get my money. There is absolutely no way I will be signing up to an untrustworthy payment gateway, a simple search on here shows that they also can't be trusted what so ever. If they where able to instantly take the money from my account a month ago, there is no reason they can't simply refund it to my bank account in the same manner that it went out.

It has been a month now and I am £355 out of pocket with no sign of getting it back. I will get contacting the Police and the Trading Standards Institute. I wish I had done some research before I payed. Do not make the same mistake I did, the prices are low for a reason! No doubt, Ill get a message below this saying "an agent will be in touch shortly" ,to feed me more lies and false promises! Better just leaving it to my bank and the Police now and hopefully I get my money back at some stage! Extremely disappointed with all the hassle they have caused me, let alone the fact that the STILL HAVE £355 OF MY MONEY!

Good start very poor follow up

I bought a Sony phone handset from Valuebasket in September 2013. All went well to start with the item being delivered on time and in good order. The handset developed a problem in late November so I contacted Valuebasket to get it repaired under warranty. It took them over a month to arrange pickup of the handset. It was now collected from me over a month ago and I am yet to hear any update on the status of the item - they can't even confirm if it was delivered to be repaired successfully. Every e-mail I have sent has been responded to but with no constructive information.

Absolutely terrible customer management failing to deliver

I ordered a Go Pro and memory card with the purchase being completed on the 15th Jan. I subsequently wanted to change the delivery / shipping address and phoned their 'Customer support' (only they will call it that) to do so but I was told this was not possible to do. Therefore I had no option but to cancel the order.
Despite numerous e-mails requesting my refund to which I only ever receive automated responses, the majority of which telling me some good news that my goods are in transit, and five telephone calls I still have not received my refund by the 5th Feb. Worse still, they cannot tell me when I will receive the refund but only when the goods are back in their warehouse. Quite what happens if the goods are lost in transit they cannot explain. I will never use this 'company ' again and advise no one else does. Companies like Value Basket give internet shopping a poor reputatiuon for customer service.
